Walked in today, trying to get a tattoo. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly little black dog. Stood in the waiting area hoping to be greeted by a friendly artist who was kind enough to show me there portfolio, instead I stood there for a few minutes getting random glances from people in the tattoo area. Flipped through the portfolios on my own for a bit, liked the work, but still wasnt greeted by anyone, and just got a really bad vibe from the lack of a quality "front counter". Went the mile or so to Bulldog Tattoo, and was immediately greeted as I walked in, asked what I wanted done, and was shown the portfolios of not only who was working today, but who would most likely do my tattoo. All said, I never had a problem with Tiki Tattoos quality of work or their shop in general. It seemed clean, professional, and like a place to get a good tattoo, but as I said earlier, the lack of general customer service put me off - enough to do business elsewhere. Perhaps I caught them at a bad time or on a bad day but, I believe it would be in Tikis best interest to work on their front counter game, as Im probably not the only potential customer theyve lost this way.

I randomly walked by this place today and decided "hey, im going to get a tattoo" When I walked in the door (with my 6 month old daughter) They were smart assed and funny, it was fun to hang out there. These guys were very accomidating and adaptable, they did just as i asked to mirror a tattoo I already had and even made it better than the original. Even though they have signs posted reading "keep children quiet" when my daughter started fussing 10 min in they were great about it, and helped to keep her entertained, in spite of the fact that they were getting busy. Dino did my work, he did it fast, and he did it amazingly! I would, and will go back many more times. I never met brad, so i cant say anything about what others have said about him, but the rest of the guys are top notch!

I went in 5 days in advance wanting a half sleeve. Told the person what I wanted, they wanted to draw something up the day I was coming in. For such a large piece I didnt wanna gamble on something that was gonna be drawn up that day. I called 24 hours in advance to cancel because I was worried. I went in the next day to get deposit back. He gave me a bad attitude telling me I cost him money. I called in advance like he told me to and I didnt get my money back. They treated this soldier poorly! I am here to tell any other soldier, dont go there if you expect to be treated good.

Went in for a consultation on a memorial piece my husband is getting and spur of the moment decided I wanted to get one. Brad drew up what I wanted and fit me in without an appointment. The work was beautiful!! I could not be happier with how the tattoo came out. Brad was extremely proffessional and an awesome artist. Their prices are very reasonable and much better than some of the other shops we visited and their shop is much cleaner than most of the others in town we checked out. Tiki Tattoo is the only shop we will use in Lacey from now on!

Worst customer service possible. To have an artist berate a potential customer simply because he doesnt like the style of the art is unacceptable. It is acceptable for an artist to offer suggestions to alter the design brought before him, but to stand and belittle a customer saying it looked like a 2nd grader drew it is horrible business practice. The prices offered were fair. The quality of his art was decent. But the grandeous lack of people skills is more than enough to keep me away from any potential business with this shop.

I cant believe anyone has a negative view of Brad. Its not often a male artist does a dude a solid. I got more tattoo than I had money for from Brad. I think he just wanted the pride of seeing the finished product. And the art? I cant count how many times Ive been asked where I got my ink done. I get a ton of compliments on it. My wife wants some new ink for her birthday. Well be making an appointment with Brad. Brad, if you read this, thanks for the great work, bro.

I really enjoyed my experience at Tiki Tattoo. This was my first time getting a tattoo and Travis made it memorable. I did not set an appointment and he had no problem taking the picture I brought in and modifying it to my liking. During the process he talked me through everything as well as threw in some good conversation.When he was done i was more than satisfied with his work. i kinda forgot his name but i guess its dino.he did a absolutely stunning piece on my foot. its so clean and the colors are great.everybody wants to know where i got it from. the price was also okay.i am more then pleased with this shop. this was my fourth tattoo and i will be back for more soon. oh and also it is super clean! thanks julie (this was about 18 months ago but i bet nothing has changed and i will get the same artist again)

My wife and I have been here twice, we live in Port Angeles, and have decided this is "The Place". Travis is so easy to talk to, and he gives you what you ask for. The tatoos look amazing, and thats what we wanted. Will go here from now on! We got turned in to this place through a friend, and are so happy.

Went there to see what the price of a tattoo that I wanted would be, I walked in and the guy didnt even acknowledge me, not a hi, didnt even look up. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and nothing. Rude and un professional.
