Worst experience i have ever had at a Tobacco / Smoke Shop. Both the older owner, and his son are both very rude and have horrible customer service. My friend asked to see a couple pipes and he refused to let him see more than three. He then became very hostile and aggressive when we asked why, he then proceeded to tell us "He doesnt need our business and we can go somewhere else to look at pipes. We simply told him we just wanted to look at a couple pipes before we purchased them because the first one we looked at had a crack in it. I was also looking at his selection of "Kratom" and other herbal things he had in a case and took out my iphone to write down the name of a certain product so i could look it up later to see if it was worth purchasing, He freaked out when he saw me have my phone out and started to literally yell and scream at me to get out of his store and that i cant "Compare Prices because there is too much competition", i explained that was not what i was doing and because of his lack of knowing how to speak English he did not understand when i tried to explain to him i was simply making a note in my phone of the name of the product, so i told him if he doesnt want my business than we will gladly go somewhere else more friendly where they will actually respect their customers and help them, instead of treating them with hostility and and anger all because we just wanted to look at a few pipes. He became very irate and started screaming at us ( i couldnt understand a word he was saying) but for some reason he picked up his calculator and threw it at me and my friend as we were leaving and followed us out of the store like he wanted to fight us or something. The man that owns this store is completely insane and i will NEVER, EVER go back their again. Simply the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life at any store. Beware, if your going their to look at any product, you cant ask him about more than three or he will freak out on you for no reason at all. This man does not deserve to own a business, nor does he deserve anyones money. Take your business elsewhere before you have to go through what me and my friend had to go through.

Pretty decent selection of cigars. Like the prior reviewer said, the owner will keep stock of your favorite cigar if you ask him. This goes a long way for me since I almost always buy the same one. Another thing I really appreciate is the pricing, they typically come in a dollar or two lower than anyone else in the area. Good service, having my favorite cigar, maintaining the cigars correctly, and keeping the price low will keep me coming back here for a long time.

Fair warning their return policy is no returns, even if their products are crap! You do not find out about their return policy until after you get your reciept and have paid for the product!!! The people are Very Rude when you talk to them!!!
