This shop is what Ive been looking for since I got SF Bay Area and I was very pleased. The selection was amazing for this area. The area is very condensed with a lot of European and Asian crowds. So my expectations were pretty low. Once I saw the joint on a busy downtown street, the owner with a Yankees hat on I was pleasantly surprised. Ill be back often.

Incredible selection, rare cigars that only a few places would have. Im not sure what the other commenters are saying, they obviously dont know anything about cigars. The owner was very friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. A gem of a find. Wish we had something comparable in Seattle.

Billys shop is the best. Billy is an exceptional sales man and a good friend. Mind you I became his friend through being a costumer. I have been to most of the cigar shops in Santa Clara county, San Mateo county, Reno and Lake Tahoe and non of them are as good as Hemingway.

Garbage store. No selection. RUDE and DISGUSTING workers there, completely blown away with the piss-poor service. Do not give your money to this snobbish good for nothing store. Comparable to a gas station. Support Macs smoke shop or literally anywhere else.

Wellllllllllllllllllllll, they arent open. They dont have a sign saying when they are open...... Maybe theyll be open in an hour. Its 3PM, mind you.

They have no variety and are incredibly rude. Went in and there was no air conditioning, the employees were sitting back smoking.
