I had been working, very patiently, with a local company to try and get a car decal to promote my business. They took my order and said theyd call me when my decal was in. After not hearing from them for a month, I call and am told that original salesperson left the company but my order was in, just no one had called to let me know. I go to get the decal installed, and in the middle of installation they call and say that my window was measured incorrectly so they were going to need to re-order my decal. Another month goes by, and I finally get to speak with someone after having three unreturned calls. They say that they thought my order had already been taken care of. Well not quite, now it turns out that my re-print was mistakenly with the first (incorrect) set of measurements and it had come in, but no one had resolved the situation or contacted me. I got a refund and stopped into FastSigns on a whim a couple of days later. I was given a quote that was less than half the price of the first place, and I had a proof by the end of that day. I was able to get the decal installed two days later. So a product Id struggled with another company over three months to receive, I got from FastSigns much cheaper and in only three days. Thanks for the excellent service!

I was impressed by all aspects of the service and the resulting advertising boards designed and made for the Knights of Columbus Council 9002 in Woodstock Virginia. On Thursday, Jan. 29, around noon, I brought in some wording and specifications for 7 poster board/signs to advertise our monthly barbecued chicken sales to Fastsigns of Winchester. One hour and 1/2 later, I received an email with pictures of the signs. The Fastsigns staff did an outstanding job of using the Knights of Columbus logos and putting in the information needed to convey what we will be selling. I approved the design - it was really great looking, and the poster board/signs were ready for pickup the next day. This past Tuesday evening I showed the new signs to my colleagues, and they were all really impressed. I am recommending Fastsigns of Winchester to all my acquaintances and colleagues. I expect to get asked about where I had the signs made and I will gladly recommend Fastsigns to them.

Bryan and Tracy were wonderful to work with! They helped guide me through the myriad of choices available in size and materials for posters (in trade shows). When I made the mistake of not asking for a matte finish (and they use glossy as a default), they cheerfully reprinted the artwork at no extra cost to me. By the way, they can also do color printing of brochures and tri-folds that beat the price of larger competitors in the area!
