Perfectly useless as a Notary Public. They describe themselves as Notary Public. After a call to discuss when they were open, when turning up, without apology, shop advised they could only witness signatures, not any other services or facilities that was advertised by "notary public" of which you expect a minimum degree of service. Not helpful and the advice offered on how I was supposed to accomplish what I needed was incorrect. I went to a Notary Public and task was done. either they are a notary Public or they are not - suggest the description is taken off the web site.

My husband needed something notarized. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and went out of her way to make my husband feel not welcome. My husband was rudely turned away due to a technicality with his signature on the form. It was quite apparent this employee didnt feel like doing her job and tried anything in order to not provide the notary service. There was no apology or anything. This is a perfect example of horrible customer service. Stay away from this store and take your business elsewhere.

I use this location for all my ups shipping services and recently used the notary services too. I was a little hesitant to get my stuff notorized there because of some negative reviews here on google but after I had my documents notorized I realized the girls are there to make sure everything gets done properly. I highly recommend the store. They were very efficient and organized as well as kind.
