The B&N at this location is a lovely store with good personnel and a very nice feel to just walking about and browsing. How the customer before us could give the young man such a hard time over company policy is beyond me. I dont understand why SOME people feel privileged to come down on others like a ton of bricks when their world doesnt suit their every whim. Id like to say "Thank You" to the young man and the entire staff for working on Labor Day so the rest of us could go out and play.

It is part of the same convenient shopping center as Ichiban, Sweet Frog, Nautical Dog, and other stores where my 4-year-old niece can be taken on a walk during babbysitting sessions. It has a large childrens section with both books and toys. Also, it has books for adults, if you for some reason dont have a toddler demanding all your attention.

Staff very helpful. Good location in New Town. Parking excellent. Variety of merchandise. I can enjoy a lunch and read some of my book there. Prices affordable and with my membership I was able to order future DVD to be sent to my house. This store is so special and remains my number 1 store in Williamsburg. All true! Barbara G

Everything you would expect from a Barnes & Noble. Staff is very friendly and quick to assist with finding or ordering books. Computers are also located all around the store to find exactly where a book is. The kids section is nicely put together. The café is severely overpriced.

Loved the story time with Gemma the dog. The kids were so adorable and excited to see Gemma. Great customer service from the store manager and the gentleman in the music department. Store is clean. Starbucks is nice and clean. I hope the service and cleanliness dont change.

I do not typically buy physical books anymore, but I always wind up buying a couple every time I stop into a Barnes & Noble. This is a large one with an incredible selection of books. There is a Starbucks inside which is always a plus.

I like this book store because that it a lot of stuff to chose from and it is convenient and the people are friendly and helpful and polite and Starbucks is in their when you need a coffee while you are reading or studing

Very clean with an open atmosphere. Not mny employees when I was there but everything is pretty easily found. Clean bathrooms to use if you spend hours there like I do. Great little cafe there to get your coffee.
