On Dec 17th, 2016, my shopping experience at Autozone #2026 in Williamsburg, VA, was top notch. During my visit, Brett was extremely helpful. He tested the two batteries on my diesel Excursion (which tested bad) and then cheerfully replaced them (both were under warranty; one was free, the other was prorated to a reasonable value). He went way beyond expectations in cleaning the connectors and battery terminals. The advice he gave to me and many others was honest and well researched. Although this AutoZone has received some poor reviews in the past, I strongly recommend you shop here now. Employees like Brett reestablish AutoZone as a place that deserves your loyalty and business. It was a wonderful experience.

Generally has everything one might need. AutoZone still diagnoses check engine lights for free, unlike Advanced Auto which no longer does any diagnostics. Keep in mind that this is not a repair shop and you will usually need to install things yourself. This one in particular seems a bit understaffed. Ive only ever seen two people working at a time and they are always busy with other customers. Once they get to you, however, you can expect quality service as well as helpful advice. They give you all of their attention with any problems you might have.

My family and I have been vacationing here in Williamsburg all the way from WV. We started having car troubles and pulled into AutoZone where I was helped by the store manager Mike. He determined that the battery needed to be replaced. He really went above and beyond his duties to ensure that my family and I left there safely. Thanks for all your work, Mike. Sold me on some wiper blades & said they were $8 off if you get 2. Put them on my car for me, then said oops, sale sign was on wrong blades. No sale price on THOSE blades. And since theyre already on the car, tough luck. Total bait & switch!

Awesome, I dont know anything about cars but did not want to pay $100+ for a coolant service. A wonderful gentleman explained to me how to get the coolant in properly and I did it all on my own! Excellent staff - thank you AutoZone!

Had a bad battery. They quickly verified the battery and were able to help me get a replacement on the spot. They removed the old battery and replaced it on the spot. Fast and Friendly staff

Typical auto parts zone with an exception. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist you. They never have an issue helping with a hands on concern with your vehicle. Good people here!
