I arrived early at 8:45 am , the sign on the door clearly states the shop opens at 9:00 am, it is now 9:27 am and the doors are locked and the sign is off. I work for a service company and enjoy the quality of service I give to my customers. I get really frustrated when other service companies cant even show up to work on time. Just do your job to the best of your abilities, SHOW UP ON TIME to work and use a smile.... pretty simple. Well, as I sit here writing this, your company has lost my business and Ill make sure no one else comes here because You HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Do NOT go here for cigars! Selection is awful and the quality of what they do have is horrendous! The cigars I bought had been sitting around for a while and were stale and almost impossible to smoke. Never again!
