The friendly and knowledgeable service given at Rolling Fire Glassblowers is refreshing ... "It doesnt hurt to be nice" ... I may be paraphrasing but thats the readers digest version of the customer service at Endicotts lovely artisan store ... the franchise alternative is well-stocked and competitively priced but the friendly smile, attentive attitude and genuine enjoyment shown in helping me at Rolling Fire makes a drive to the next town over instead of around the corner well worth my time ...

Expensive. I am not into the high end glass so I cant comment on the quality of those products but for the usual small stuff that you buy more often, it is over priced.
