My fiancee and I went grocery shopping today, 8/22, for a few things at this Farm Fresh location, which is within walking distance from where we live. We got home and noticed that one of our items was past its sell-by date of 7/15!!! This was not the first time we had purchased items that were past their sell-by dates from this Farm Fresh location. One time we purchased an item that was 5 months past its expiration date!!! We decided to go back and speak with a manager about it. The customer service lady was very helpful with refunding us and getting the manager. She apologized and stated that this was unacceptable. The manager arrived and we explained that this was the 3rd time we had purchased items that were past their sell-by date. He looked at the date on the box the entire time we explained the situation and without looking at us simply and very insincerely said sorry. We wont be going back to this Farm Fresh ever and after this weve decided we are not going to use their bakery for our wedding cake either. Check all of your cold items for sell-by dates unless you like going to the doctor.

I think the last rating was terribly inaccurate; Check ALL of your items sell-by dates, no matter what store you go to. Its inconvenient if there is a past-expiration item, but it happens everywhere. The customer service is adequate, workers are typically friendly, the cuts of meat are good, the salad bar is well-stocked and at a great price and they have a reasonably-priced, very wide, selection of beer and wine. The only real downside is that their prices, in general, are slightly higher than Food Lion or Walmart.

Do NOT use their grocery delivery service. Last week after I spent 30 minutes putting my order together online to be delivered that evening and selected a time they called and said they would not be able to deliver that night and cancelled my order. I gave them another chance tonight for delivery between 6-7pm. Got a phone message at 6:55 that if I didnt call back within 5 minutes my order would be cancelled- WHAT?! Not much of a "service" at all especially when you spend $10 for it!

Came for an extended holiday, been shopping here for over a month never had a problem with my out of town ID since it is impractical to walk around with my passport. Then all of a sudden no they cannot accept my ID only in-state ID can be accepted. Very unprofessional for some cashiers to accept it then others do not staying company policy (it was the same cashier who accepted it before) then being told I will have to shop elsewhere

Best pharmacy and grocery store. Maybe put Valerie on the cycle nextime. I believe she would do it! Still love the Pharmacy. However, customer service at the regular aisles is despicable. I am handicapped. The woman who rang me up turned away from me while collected my groceries. I dropped my backpack and a 6-pack of Coke. Nobody helped me. Register 1 had a bad attitude problem. Still love the Pharmacy. James is great!

It was pleasant, found everything i needed. Just had a longer than normal wait at the deli to get chicken but the clerk was apologic and she made sure we knew she was trying to get to us as fast as possible. The lady in the convenient line near the door is always a sweetheart, love her spirit.

Has fresh salad bars sometimes when I go in plus fresh chicken. Closest grocery store to where I live and no problems with lines. Great customer service too.
