My 11 year old received three books for a birthday present. She already owned 2 of them and wanted to exchange them for other books on her wish list. I took her to the location that the books were purchased at (we did not have a receipt from the purchaser). The staff at this location refused to take the books back without a receipt. They even acknowledged the books WERE purchased from Books a Million but wouldnt exchange them. I ended up purchasing books for my daughter out of pocket, which I imagine was the goal of the staff in refusing to take the exchange (to boost sale figures).

I happened to be just browsing the store when I found the comic section and it is awesome. The comics come with bag & board. There is a $1 comic section and a large selection of funko pop collectibles. The cashier was friendly too and even gave some background information about a comic that my friend and I were discussing. I will definitely be returning.

On par with other book stores like Barnes and Noble price wise but selection of books is not as good. The selection of "Pop Culture" items here is nice with all sorts of comic book, and tv show figures, and gift type stuff. It has a nice little coffee shop inside, having a decent selection of drinks and good reading/study atmosphere.

A Private User

This is my favorite place to buy books. The associates are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. They really go out of there way for the customers and thats not common these days. The environment is calm and inviting. The cafe serves great coffee and treats. I love this particular establishment and I highly recommend it to anyone.
