I was having a hard time matching a color I needed for my condo. After failing to accurately match the color at home Depot, I tried Sherwin Williams. I worked with Dan, and he immediately saw why the color and sheen were hard to match. He took his time and we worked through a couple sample colors, we even tested how the sheen looked in doors and outdoors to be sure. Overall, Dans customer service and knowledge were tremendous. Sherwin Williams is my first choice for paint from now on. Great job, Dan.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the wait time to get help is far too long. This is the third time that I have gone in recently to see only one person working. They could stand to hire some additional help.
