Two stars considering its still wal-mart but employee wise terriable no help very rude and always in a real bad mood and I understand its the city of Charlottesville busy type wal-mart but Im from jersey the real big city and theres thousands of people and problems and situations happening all day everyday and there always happy to help and smile always this one everyone acts like they hate there job and gives bad vibes to customers just saying I didnt make them take the wal-mart job so to that of u hate and cant do job or be what costumers want just some help here and there when we have questions or just a simple smile and did u find everything ok or need help with ANYTHING u should quit and find a job that u want because wal-mart is a name brand multi billion dollar corporation and needs employees that work to satisfaction because due to these type of employees there loseing there hireing lazy unprofessional disloyal people and as a business man myself thats bad for business all the way around

Karen in the pharmacy is a godsend! She is extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. I have had a few issues with getting my sons epilepsy prescription squared and she has been immensely helpful in having it ready and has helped with making calls and staying on top of the doctor to make sure his meds are ordered and having them in stock

Very helpful and friendly. I asked where something was and instead of just pointing and giving some vague directions the sales associate walked me to where the product was. And she did it with a smile.

Open 24 hours, very friendly employees. -1 star because a manager would not allow me to return a movie, unopened. Went to the Wal-Mart in Charlottesville, and was allowed to return it there.
