If i could give no stars I would. I made an appt. A week in advance for a tattoo, when i went in to get it done, the artist Mike did not even have a drawing ready. I told him exactly what i wanted, he had to draw it up 3 different times, he was very rude and unprofessional, by the 3rd drawing he was pissed. We went with the 3rd one even though it wasnt exactly what I wanted. The design turned out fine, but when we got done and an hour later I take the wrapping off I noticed a ton of lines that were messed up, and the wings were messed up. I tried calling several times and they never answered. They finally pick up the phone, and the manager Brandon cusses me out pretty much the whole conversation and proceeds to be very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone coming here. Whoever owns this business needs to talk to their employees about manners and not being assholes to people. Never in my life have I ever got treated like this in any business. I will make sure to tell everyone not to come here and will be reporting them.

My experience with Skin Thrills tattoo parlor was one.of the best experiences I have ever encountered. Everyone, (Griz, Brandon, Mike, Steve, Jerry, and Jason), had contributed to the best outcome possible.. Their courtiuos and southern hospitality made me feel right at home. Coming from California, I would recommend Skin Thrills to all my friends and associates.. Nothing short of a 5 star rating in my book. I plan on returning as soon as possible.

I have gotten multiple tattoos as well as taken many others to get tattoos here....very clean very comfortable. Artists are the best in the area. Cody has done most of my art and every time Im back in town he knows I am coming to get inked by him. Heading there this week to get a new piece while I am in town. I recommend if you go anywhere in town go here very reasonably priced not like the other places in the area.

This is like where everyone goes in Roanoke. The best shop in town by far. I got my tongue pierced here, was in and out in a short period of time. I havent gotten any tattoos from here but all my friends have. And they have no complaints, ive even sat down and watched them get their tattoo. The people here are great and friendly. They know what they are doing and are very professional.

I just wanted to take a moment and say how absolutely amazed I was at this place. I was extremely comfortable as a woman in her 20s thats a big deal but as soon as I walked into the shop it was extremely clean, and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Well if you have a minor and plan to sign for him to get a tattoo, DO NOT go there. Even though its not a state law against it, they will refuse. I will never return, mostly bc of the attitude the employee had with me. Not very professional and I wasnt even greeted when we arrived. I had to go looking through the shop to find someone to talk to.

I got my snake bites done by Stephan havent had any problems ! Then I came back later that day for my sceptum he did great very friendly. ~ def my favorite piercer ever. Had a cover up done from them a while ago done by Jerry kazy real well. ;) and got one done on my wrist by Troy Taylor very good shop clean floors always shines.

What a great place! My two friends and I walked in on a whim last Wednesday and we were all cheerfully accommodated. All of the staff were attentive, super friendly, and professional. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. My only regret is that I dont live closer as Id return time and again. Thanks for everything!

I dont even see why they have competition. This is the best place Ive ever been to get any tattoo or piercing. Theyre professional, prompt, creative, detailed. I love this place so much that if I moved to a different country and wanted a new tattoo, Id fly back just here just to get it from Skin Thrills.

Atom is the only professional piercer I recommend in the Roanoke valley. His personality makes the experience that much easier but his skill is why I continue to go back/recommend him. Make sure you have your I.D and cash (no cards) in hand and your piercing experience will be quick and painless.

Skin Thrills is very professional, clean, and reasonable priced. I had several piercings done here and recommended them to my friends as well. All my piercings usually get infected, but when I got them done at Skin Thrills, they healed perfectly! I totally recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT USE JAMES!!! I am not new to tattoos, have lost cout of how many tattoos I have. I decided to go here while out of town visiting family. James was aweful! He argued with me, rushed, and I mean RUSHED, through the piece (which was quite simple), and the price was outrageous!

I went to skin thrills to get my medusa done, atom is an awesome piercer I would also like to say that I am a professional body piercer myself which always makes it difficult to get pierced by someone else and i am going back to get more piercings by atom next time i go to virginia

Came in for a piercing... Stephen did the piercing and I was very pleased with the service and the cleanliness... had maybe a 10 minutes wait, and then the entire piercing procedure took maybe 5 minutes.... Will be back the next time I want a service done! Thank you!
