Would have rated them no stars but not an option. I just saw what I think is a sorry excuse for a standing spray. Spider mums that were already turning color, mini carnations that had more buds than blooms, daisys for days. I could see more green leafs than I could flowers. And for what ever reason, the entire thing was at a 45 degree lean. I mean I could see a foot of stem on every daisy that was in there. And the sad thing is that whoever bought it most likely paid over $25... not that a standing spray usually cost that, I mean I dont know, but I do know that there was no more than $20 worth of flowers in that standi....leaning spray. I did see another florist bring a STANDING spray and it was completely full. Couldnt see any stems behind other flowers. It had white and yellow roses with green spider mums some yellow looking babys breath (I think) and montey. It was 100 times better than cuts" standing spray. I heard the family gasp when they saw A different florist work not Cuts work. One of the family members even went and hugged the other florists delivery guy. All in all, I have seen this happen in the past but now Im just tired of it. I mean really, it looked like cuts creative just cleaned out the scraps in their cooler. Not only would I not recommend them, I will actually go as far as to advise anyone from going there... and who knows, maybe its just me. In fact this is an edited review because SOMEHOW my words were cut and were used out of context to make cuts look better when i really am trying to convey the point that they suck!. Hey boss man, try taking my words out of context now...

I am sorry to have to write this review but I wasnt as lucky at the others. I have used them in the past with no issues, even recommended them to others since the florist they used was no longer. I ordered online 2 orders to be delivered to my Wife and her for Her mother that she was taking care of. These were for Valentines. I was trying to make both feel though of instead of just sending flowers to my wife there and her mother feel left out. After completing the order online I followed up with a phone call to make sure it would be delivered at the same place and time. I even received a return voice mail that it would.. Well It didnt happen the way I asked. The mother in law got hers delivered in front of my wife on Valentines day. They didnt give my wife hers.. after calling in and told it was a newbie temp help that made the mistake I guess all is well. The lady I spoke vaguely offer to do what I thought would be correct. She missed that one the first time. Should I get a full refund .. Dont know but its getting sad that no matter what who or what you are spending your hard earn money with seem to not really take it seriously. I guess this place is no different.

I do not live in the Roanoke area so really had no information about what florist to use for my needs. We needed arm bouquets for an awards banquet. I spoke with Mark, explained what I was looking for within my budget, discussed delivery to the venue, etc. He was very professional and provided all the information I needed. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions. When I arrived in Roanoke, I called to confirm again. He delivered that afternoon to the venue. The flowers were beautiful; he had packaged them with stem moisture packs in a cellophane paper with a big bow. The recipients were extremely pleased. I have been told that one of the bouquets survived the night, an 8-hour car trip the next day, and then 4 more days in water at home. Im sure the other recipients were just as pleased. I highly recommend the professionalism, the personal attention to detail, and quality of the products from this business.

I couldnt imagine using any other florist in Roanoke other than Mark @ Cuts Creative. I have used his services for everything from birthdays to funerals to holidays to special occiasions for almost 15 years and never once - not one time in all that time have I EVER been anything less than impressed by the arrangements he provided. He has always listened to my crazy ideas and is willing to think outside the box. When I tell him I dont want an arrangement that is "standard" - he listens. When I tell him to make it sparkle - they do. Beyond his impressive talent, he is honest about things he think wont work - and he is just one of the nicest people I have ever met. He can work with a variety of budgets and regardless of cost, they always look much more expensive. Thank you Mark - You are amazing and I am always pleased to tell people who I used when they ask - because they do always comment and ask.

Mark was absolutely great to work with! I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted at first, but after talking with him and doing some more research on my part, Mark worked to make sure that he had my vision in mind while creating bouquets and flower arrangements for my wedding. The end result was absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted, and better than I ever imagined! And even better, Mark is a supremely kind and accommodating person to work with who does high quality work and I would happily order flowers from him again. The bouquets were perfect, the centerpieces were beautiful, and all the other flowers we planned to accent tables and backdrops at the wedding really pulled it all together. Very, very happy with the results!!

Cuts Creative Florist is the only florist that I use. I have been using this florist for the past 10 years. The customer service is above and beyond that I have ever experienced with a florist! I have been extremely pleased with every arrangement that Mark as created! We all know that unexpected deaths occur and on Holidays as well. Mark has always been there to help me out whether it was a Holiday or not! He will, and does, create anything that you request. The pricing isnt through the roof either, very affordable! The florist called twice to make sure that she was doing exactly what I wanted. Since the flowers were just on the closed grave, the florist made a special effort to use extra babys breath to make them appear to float. The basket of flowers at the celebration of life service was so large that it took two people to move them. My brother, Harry King, has written a negative review but I gave the instructions to the florist, and she did exactly as requested. There was most certainly ribbons which said Mother. We have pictures to prove that. I know that our mother was looking down from Heaven with a huge smile. Jean, thank you for your effort to make the flowers special.
