I browsed through some of the really large online florist websites looking for a bouquet for my girlfriends birthday, but ultimately made the decision to use Keepsakes Florist because they were local. I found the perfect arrangement and ordered for delivery. I was worried how the item was going to look prior to delivery, but I was hugely impressed to find that they had emailed me a photo of the arrangement that morning. It exceeded my expectations by far. Needless to say, my girlfriend was extremely happy with the flowers and her coworkers were quite jealous. I would definitely recommend Keepsakes to anyone looking for flowers and I will absolutely use them in the future. Thanks for the great experience!

My husband and I wanted to have some flowers sent to Stuhrs Funeral Home, West Ashley for services for my sisters father-in-law. I have only recently moved back to the Charleston area after having lived away for a number of years, and didnt really know who to call for flowers, so I went on Google to check out reviews of florists. When I saw the excellent reviews for Keepsakes Florist, I decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! The flowers that Lynn at Keepsakes Florist sent were absolutely gorgeous! This florist will definitely be my "go-to" place in the future for flowers in the Charleston area.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers over the telephone from England. The service was excellent and the staff (particularly Karen) were absolutely first class. What is more the bouquet was a very reasonable price. It was delivered within 40 minutes or so of placing the order. Please come and open up a branch here in England! Karen from Keepsakes was our main contact for our wedding flowers. She was very responsive and very helpful with making suggestions during our meeting with her. The price quote we got from Keepsakes was very competitive. When we made changes and additions to the order, and even asked to move the delivery time up, Karen was very accommodating. The flowers all turned out beautifully and we were extremely happy with Keepsakes through the whole process.

Very impressed!!!! I live in Kentucky and ordered a fruit basket for my grandmother thats in the hospital. (I used their online service the night before) they sent it to her very promptly the next day. They even emailed me a picture of the fruit basket which was so nice to see. The fruit was very fresh and my grandmother LOVED it. She raved about it (and thats huge bc my grandmother is vey opinionated) highly recommend!!

I had them do my wedding at St. Philips Church and the reception at the Carolina Yacht Club and they did an amazing job. They explained everything clearly, showed us lots of pictures to choose from, and drew up mocks for everything we asked. My family and I were truely pleased with how great of a job they did, and we received numerous compliments and inquiries of the florist. Definitely use this florist!

Definitely recommend!!!! We had to plan and coordinate my daughters wedding completely through email as we are located on the west coast. Karen was phenomenal. She took all our thoughts together with photos, and last minute changes, and created an absolutely gorgeous bouquet for our daughter. It was just spectacular. My daughter was beyond thrilled. Best florist period. All I have to do is call and tell them 1 or 2 flowers I specifically want in the arrangement and what I want to pay and they never disappoint. Ive used them twice for arrangements for our anniversary and each time the bouquets were incredible. They also can make them the same day, call them in the morning and they have it ready by the afternoon.

I was very unlike happy about how I was treated once I called back in asking about my delivery. I was told that the flowers were going to be delivered by noon and they werent delivered untill almost 330. Which is totally unacceptable in my book.

They do excellent work here and have great customer service. They did the flowers for our daughters graduation from College of Charleston and they were beautiful. Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
