I dont think that the reviews above are from their actual customers. I went in mid July 2015 and had Marcus as my sales person. That day he seemed friendly, I genuinely thought it was a pleasant interaction. When my furniture was delivered, one of the pillows I was supposed to receive wasnt included. I contacted Marcus and made him aware of this. I also notified them via the appropriate channel they provide me with that my bedpost was damaged and it needed to be replaced. Marcus would text me asking when would be a good time for him to deliver the pillow, once I responded he wouldnt text me back. This went on for weeks. Finally he delivered my pillow personally and looked at the bedpost, confirming they needed to be replaced. A couple weeks later I get a call from the manager, Clarke, saying he was confused because they have a bedpost still in their warehouse however my ticket had been closed out. I advised him there should be two bedposts and that the problem still wasnt fixed. Another couple weeks go by when I call the store to see when someone can come out and fix this problem. I talk to Marcus and the conversation got very heated, Josh, the guy they hired to deliver my furniture was actually in my apartment and can attest to the conversation. I asked to talk with Clarke and Marcus told me no. I had to have a friend call there several times pretending to be a customer wanting to buy something before I was able to talk to Clarke. So, today is November 21, and I bought my furniture back in July. Thats how long Ive been dealing with trying to get my bedposts replaced. I talked to Clarke two weeks ago -- where yet again my ticket was closed out without anything being fixed -- and he was supposed to call me the next day, I have yet to hear from him. Each time I call I get told he just left the office, or he’ll call you back and that never happens. I would highly recommend you deal with a legitimate establishment rather than with these people. This way when something goes wrong you know they are going to fix the problem. This entire experience with Atlantic Bedding and Furniture is both unfathomable and baffling. I was never unreasonable with my request, I just wanted what I paid for fixed. Its not worth the hassle, pay that extra $300 for a better experience -- I wish I had! Happy shopping :)

Atlantic Bedding and Furniture combines affordable prices, quality furniture, and excellent customer service! I had the opportunity to work with Giovanni while purchasing furniture for my new apartment. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy (like at most other furniture stores). He worked to give us the best possible prices, and he made sure that we were happy with our selections. Further, the independently contracted delivery men that ABF works with were also very friendly and happy to assist in any way necessary-- even offering to guide us through the assembly process via phone if we had any issues (we had not hired them for delivery). Altogether, I am thrilled with my furniture and feel highly valued as a customer. Will definitely be returning!

I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. We were able to go in and look around, and the Marcus was extremely helpful with questions, and even worked with us to put together a package of furniture that ended up being a 45% discount overall (basically we got the second room of furniture for free). When our furniture was delivered, I noticed one item was slightly damaged while setting it up (manufacturers defect). I emailed them around 10PM that night, and I got a response from them within 15 minutes saying they would take care of it the next day. By noon the next day, the damaged piece was swapped out.

Affordable prices, friendly staff, pretty good stock choices, whats not to like? I felt like I was in and out in 30 min, and I didnt feel rushed. I ended up buying a three-cheater couch for only $300, and didnt look like it was poor quality or anything, it was just the last one they had in stock so I think they were mainly just trying to clear it out. Couch delivery is scheduled for later this week and since Ive had such a positive experience here so far, I really hope I dont get disappointed. Free delivery for orders over $250. If all goes well, I expect Ill be back here soon to pick up some more items!

Very helpful, I dealt with Irving and Marcus. Both were very knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a little mishap as well with my new sofa. Irving and Marcus were both on top of things. They went above and beyond to get things done for me. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Furniture to my friends and family. I am going to send my son up to there location to get his new mattress because they have awesome deals on bedding and sofas! my new sectional sofa is one of the most comfortable couches i have ever owned!

This place is a rip off. Dont waste your money here. I bought a bedroom set and it came in the box was chipped up. Then was told id have to set up to a week to get a replacement. The worst part is that since I didnt pay for them pit up the furinture I have to take it apart and re assemble the bed myself. When I asked if I could just return all of furinture Iwas told no. They have good sales people that will hustle and sau anything for a sale.

I had a wonderful experience working with Giovanni. He was very pleasant and professional and ensured that my furniture was delivered on time actually earlier than expected. All of the staff was courteous and sincere with assisting. I would recommend this company to any of my friends as a matter of fact I have recommended my Mother to them and she is in the process of getting a new bedroom set. Brent and Zack did an amazing job moving my furniture into my apartment in under 30 minutes, while assembling a bed, couch, and dresser - stellar! They were professional and deserve praise - probably a bonus. I wish, however, we were offered to go up to the deal they were having a few weeks ago and had gotten a few more pieces, but thats a sales issue. In any case, the pieces were great and the service was professional.
