This place does not even deserve one star after the service my sister and I have received. We went in for matching tattoos on Aug 30 and thought everything was cool, until we got home and had a chance to fully look at the tattoos. Joe was our artist, and not only did he do crummy line work, he misspelled one of our words in the tat. We paid $200 each for a tattoo that is completely screwed up. My sister contacted them on their Facebook page about the errors and asked for at LEAST a partial refund, and we have had no contact back. Outside of the tattoo issue itself, the manager, Hero, was a complete snob about even doing our tattoo because it was too basic for his apparent talent. As I later watched him work on another customer, he kept stopping his work every five minutes to go change the music that was playing in the shop. I have over 20 tattoos and Ive never been left with such a bad taste in my mouth. I would never recommend someone to go to this place. less »

I had a appt scheduled for noon. Made sure I arrived on time even though my hair wasnt dry from my hair appt... The tattoo artist wasnt there after i waited 30 min for her arrival. The staff was rude during my wait. A potential customer called inquiring about pricing... The tattoo artist was rude in handling the call then after disconnecting with the potential customer, the staff proceeded to make nasty comments about customers lack of knowledge regarding tattoo language. By the way I left when my scheduled artist never showed up asking that she called me when she arrived... STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL!

I got my first Tattoo here today. A quaint little place, not too big, but professional and clean. Customer service was great, and price was good, too. My artist, Vinny, was very patient and understanding, as this was my first time. He did wonderful. I would recommend this place, for sure. I noticed a review noting that they were not warned of the credit card fee; I was warned upfront that its $1 per $25, so for a $200 tattoo, my total came out to $208. Also, my artist was sure to educate me on aftercare, which was great! Thanks, All-Out, you made my first experience very pleasurable and easy!

Walked in to all out tattoo and felt so welcomed. Lisa is new to all out tattoo but she is an AMAZING and I really mean AMAZING tattoo artist. She did my cover up on my wrist and it came out exactly how I wanted it and flawless. Ive never had so many compliments on a tattoo before, and so many people asking me for her number so they can get in touch with her! Another great aspect of this place is that during my tattoo I was feeling a little dizzy so they all went out of their way and made sure to get me a glass of water and tons of sweet food! Best experience Ive ever had.

I love coming here. The staff is fun, friendly and experienced. My favorite artist is Mandy, but every artist has a specialty. The facility is clean and comfortable. Mandy is very caring when we sit together, she always makes sure I have something to sip on and takes breaks when I need it. You can get appointments pretty quick and there are a lot portfolios and books if youre not 100% sure what you want. My husband goes to Hero and I know hes very happy with his traditional Asian stocking and I am happy with my custom half stocking.

The shop is nice and clean. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Mandy did a great job on my tattoo! She worked with my ideas to make the template and made any adjustments I asked her to in order to get the design exactly where I wanted it. There was minimal pain as she was quick and smooth with her skills. When the size turned out to not be as large as originally thought she gave me back $50 bucks! I will be calling her today to spend that on something else. Highly recommend this shop and Mandy!

Was sent to Norfolk to stage for a few days prior to deploying overseas with the military. Went to All Out Tatto and showed an artist Lisa the work I wanted to do. It was very detailed as far as prep work goes, and she gave it her absolute full attention, which surprised me for being a walk-in. The care and attention she gave her art was truly impressive and I could not have asked for a better finish product! If you live in or find yourself in Norfork and want some new work done, I recommend Lisa at All Out Tattoo!!

Nice clean facility and ok artists! But this place is not legit and a rip off! If u knw them personally they will work with u and Ive seen that wit my own two eyes!!! But if u dnt knw any better they will rip u off! I get paid to go in and see what the bussiness is about and i was charged 200$ for one tattoo that shouldnt of been no more then 70$ so with that being said enter at your own risk!! O an i got my 200$ back and i only got the word Chinadoll on my thigh in case yall was wondering what i got!!

I got a tattoo done by Mandy, it is a one of a kind piece of art and I am so in love with it. Her style is so unique, you can really tell she is a classically trained artist, not only a tattoo artist. Her booth is set up in its own little cubby, and theres a partition she can put up for total privacy. I was very appreciative for this, as I am a modest person and did not want my body on display for all the shop guys. Mandy made me feel very comfortable and overall it was a great experience.

The artist who did my cover up was very professional and i will be going back for more. The price was reasonable and the only thing i didnt like was the credit card fee. The receptionist was polite but did not mention anything about a fee or i wouldve returned with cash. The artist was very deserving of the tip i gave her and wouldve gotten more if it wasnt for the $15 the receptionist added on my card. No heads up, oh by the way, just swipe, and sign. Bring CASH...... its worth it

Joe thank you for the amazing completion you made on a tattoo another artist refused to complete due to me being sick. You did an awesome job blending the designs and your design looks even better than the other. You also did a magnificent cover up. Your amazing and fast. P.s. He can tattoo over stretch marks guys, which is a plus!!!! My mommy scars are less noticeable and I feel so sexy!

Mandy is such an amazing artist! Shes done 6 tattoos on my arm for my disney sleeve and she has put so much thought and care into my arm! She is so happy all the time and doesnt let me leave til the tattoo is perfect, my arm is as much her art as it is my appendage now. If your looking for a great tattoo artist mandy is your girl! Shes the bees knees!

Never judge a book by its cover when you go inside youll be greated by the nicest and funniest tattoo artist in the 757 ...
