Would have rated it zero stars had I been given the option. I purchased $100 in foundation and concealer, asking for a full coverage foundation... Thats not what was suggested to me so I decided to return it. I was given a survey paper and not a receipt. Most likely because the ladies at the check out counter were not paying attention to processing my transaction, but to talking to each other about non-business related topics. I know have to drive to the nearest Sephora which is more than 20 miles because no one can mail me a copy of my receipt. When I called the Tysons store I was told that they cant access my receipt to mail it to me and the only way I can return these products and receive my money back is to drive to a store. If Sephora is going to have free standing and attached locations, they should have the same capability of looking up receipts. Terrible customer service.

ZERO STARS. Worst customer service. They only had 2 people working the registers with more than 10 people in line (I was probably 4th-5th in line and I was waiting for 20+ minutes). They never opened another register, in fact one lady left the registers even when there clearly was a long line AND employees were just standing around doing NOTHING. There was no sense of urgency and to make matters worst I had walked over from my job a couple stores down with just my credit card and they wouldnt take it unless I had my ID. I took my card and left and would never purchase/enter this particular store. Youre better off ordering online.

They usually dont help me and when I wanted to try out the new too faced concealer I asked if I could have a sample, I know its hard to get concealer out of the bottle but I was just wondering if they would do it for me because I didnt want to open a new bottle and return it because it didnt work with me; in my opinion I was trying to do them a favor but... A lady said no and goes to another worker to talk about how I asked her for a sample of concealer even when I was in hearing distance from them. I turned around and looked at them and they went separate ways to work.

My daughter and her friend were in this store, they were treated badly by a staff member. I thought to call and leave my concern with a manager but after seeing the other "rude staff, poor rating for this specific store" I thought why waste my time. Young, Middle aged or Old, every person who enters that store is a customer! Dont judge! Sephora is a great store, but should work on hiring the right staff to maintain it.

The staff is usually always willing to help when I visit this store. They have a big selection and theres always make up classes scheduled. A few weeks ago I met with Hannah and she was very helpful finding a good foundation for me and introduced me to new products. Sometimes the beauty consultants only answer your bare minimum questions, but she went above and beyond to show me new items and apply them as well.

Had excellent experience, all thanks to Grace who took her time to help us select the right foundation & primer! She helped us color correct the right shade and recommended what foundation would suit our skin type with the max. coverage we were seeking. Highly recommend this specific Sephora store after having negative experience with other in the noVA area!

I have been rejected by four "beauty specialists" when i needed help finding the right shade of a foundation. I understand they are very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but arguing in front of the customer saying either I dont know or have no time and clearly showing they dont want to help is Unecceptable. I left without the purchase

Best Sephora shopping experience Ive had. The staff is very pleasant, and they really know what they are talking about. The space is enormous, so they have an excellent selection of everything makeup and beauty related, plus a giant fragrance area. Dont go to Tysons without stopping by.

Love this store!! Employees are not pushy, one person asked if I was finding everything ok, and if I needed any help just to ask. I was able to try on 4 lipsticks and looked through whole store. Purchased two lipsticks, and two masks! Really clean, and organized!

I have always loved Sephora. This location was very hot inside, to the point where the makeup was melting. They are always very helpful though. Because it is a larger and more populated store, they are always low on merchandise. I will still continue to shop here.

There is a reason I never go to offline sephoras any more, but today I had to go there. Everything is the same: uninterested and unenthusiastic ladies working there. They just stand in groups chatting with each other making absolutely zero effort to help.
