I went to Walmart to do my weekly groceries and I had to go and make 2 extra keys copies for my boys so I went to the cashier where they told me I can get them .because i had already waited for like 20min and no one ever asked me if o needed help.I asked the cashier if he can make my copies and he replied cant you wait maam its more important to me to sell this gun to this customer .then to help you with the keys .I asked him so its More important to you ? He replied yes its more important to me to sell this gun .... I really like shopping at walmart but just this one men on Sunday really upset me because I think everyone should be treated fairly or he could of said can you give me a min or something .

This walmart in general has great prices and great quality things(I once bought a backpack for $5 and it lasted for 4 years)the produce are fresh they have a great variety of things to sell and AMAZING PRICES but now lets talk about the bad things 1.coustermer service it is really bad whenever I call this Walmart Im on hold for like 30min at least and there very rude on the phone and whenever I asked for help from a worker in the store they always give me a attitude but there are some workers that are just nice but another thing thats bad about this store is that they never ever have any lanes open so we need to use the self checkout

Any walmart on its best day can only get 4 stars. Today specifically was good. The staff was helpful and friendly like usual at the manassas. The lines where quick and I found what I was looking for quickly. The people who shop at walmart for the most part are just as friendly but every once in a while I see those gems that show humanity still has some stuff to sort out. I watched an at least 300lb woman parked next to a cart corral and leave her cart on the opposite side of her car. She literally bumped her huge ass into the cart corral when she got back in her car. Lazy ass people all the time at walmart.

I received some nice help from the employees I interacted with today. They were very helpful and knew the store. I didnt experience anything like the negative reviewers experienced, but then again Ive only been to this location once. It was generally clean, like most Walmarts. I will be happy to return again. I should note that the Dunkin Donuts inside this Walmart burned two of our breakfast sandwiches this morning. Im not sure Ill be getting food there anymore; coffee was fine.

If you come on weekday afternoons, its a decent place to shop. Weekends...its a nightmare. Generally they have great prices, great selection and fresh produce. Workers are nice enough and at this time of day they usually have enough cashiers to handle the customers. Some workers are very helpful and friendly. Some...not so much. Its where I do my weekly shopping for groceries because its much cheaper than grocery stores and even Target. They do need sturdier bags though.

I found the store to be stocked well today and i actually used a auto checkout. This was a new system.i hadnt used before. I was approached by a (i thought cashier) but it turned out to be a self checkout. I dont normally use self checkouts because they don employee a person. I guess thats the price of technology today? Over all walmart was a good experience. I found all my items quickly.

You cannot expect a store as busy as Walmart to be as convenient with their employees as a small run store. However when i approach a employee he was capable of answering my questions and suggested a time to get my item. And to the other guy saying He called and called to get a product questioned if it was in stock? CHECK THE WEBSITE. HOW CONVENIENT THE INFORMATION IS RIGHT THERE.

Ridiculous experience...tried to get instant print photos...only 1 machine working...waited 15 minutes for customer to select 2 pictures...when he was done access code needed...attendant didnt know code...asked assistant manager who didnt know it either and could not have cared less...walked out

The location is horrible and it is very annoying to get to the main door. I think they should have given that part to the mall and take over Sears instead. One more thing about it is that it is always busy to a point that they go out of milk or eggs and cannot keep up.
