Like my experience with Chantilly, I had a really great experience at this Walmart. Particularly with the assistant manager Josephine and customer service manager Lori. These two offered exemplary service and didnt give me any issues when price matching an item. Lori showed the utmost amount of customer care and went out of her way to make sure to answer any questions I had. Where the Sterling store failed at customer service and was difficult to deal with both this Walmart and the Chantilly Walmart shined. Sterling can learn from these two stores. If you have any issues at all Im sure Lori or Josephine should be able to take care of you. Thanks again!

I have shopped at many WalMarts for many years but the Walmart in Leesburg, VA is the worse. I have been in there several times. I have found the people who work at customer service and the money store to be the most unprofessional employees. They need to be trained on how to be professional, courteous, good listeners and how to troubleshoot easy problems. I have never written a review before for anything but was forced to write this one after the repeated awful unbelievable nasty dealings with customer service representatives here. WALMART, you need to send someone to this location and fix the problem because this store rates an "F" rating.

This Walmart is so old and very tiny with skinny aisles for the amount of people in it and growing area that its in. Definitely needs a facelift for being in the most expensive county in America...I moved away 5 years ago and the only thing that appears changed is the aisles are more cluttered with wares and people. I will never complain about my small towns Walmart remodeling for the 2ND time in 3 years. Walmart, you definitely have handed a lot of your business to Target in Leesburg. I would not shop here regularly if I lived here.

It is somewhat of a depressing experience in that it is an older Walmart in its decor. But i think the Pharmacy Dept. is top notch, with a quick turnaround and very helpful techs and pharmacists. It is very hard to get an English speaking person to help you in other parts of the store. Some of the men cashiers are not very friendly at all. The returns dept. are hard nosed, and I dont like their cell phone return policy at all. It has lost its small town feel entirely in Leesburg.

Bought netspend gift card at this store and they do not work! Tried calling netspend to activate it, they are asking me for my name address ssn last four etc...!!! which I do not want to give out. Manager cannot help cancel the card. Hate walmart stores for their long lines and then this! I am never going back to wmat ever again.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE over the phone. Three times I was put on hold for an extended period of time. I only called back over and over to see if it was a mistake., ANNOYED and will pay the extra money to purchase the product else where just out of principle....I only wish I could put a negative star rating.

The cashier at the customer service desk and the customer service manager were both too dumb to be able to do the tank exchange on my SodaStream machine. After 20 minutes just gave up and left. Guess Ill have to go to Bed bath and Beyond. Also, the kept screwing up my prescriptions so I moved t hem to Costco.

Small store so limited choices. Had problem with cashier not processing credit card correctly. Became rude when I pointed error. Customer service desk not helpful, called Mgr who argued about giving me correct price. On floor employees not helpful. Overall terrible customer service on more than 1 occasion.

Always a consistently terrible experience. Usually pretty dirty, even for a Wal-Mart. Expect long waits, grumpy customers, and impatient employees at the Customer Service counter. Sometimes I will drive an extra 30min to the Haymarket Walmart just for a survivable customer experience. Enjoy

Full of Hispanic employees and Indians,dont expect customer service at Walmart,they are the cheapest place to shop,Giant is expensive but you get good customer service and alot of cashier lanes unlike Walmart.Thats why their prices are so low compared to Giant and Target,no produce here

They dont follow Walmart policy. Have had to call corporate office while trying to return an item I bought from Walmart with the receipt and the manager refused to take the return until I got corporate on the line and they made him do it. Avoid if you can.

Ive gone here for years and its a pretty nice Walmart. The only thing bad is trying to leave the town center can get backed up as it shares exits with many other businesses. Love the pharmacy and those that work there always try to get the lines by fast!

So small, so dirty. The shelves were mostly organized but each of the three different associates I came in contact with were very unhelpful and very rude. Two of their associates even went as far as mocking me for something I had purchased.

Its fine. Many people seem to have a problem with customer service and items, but they always carry everything I need and customer service is fine. They are within walking distance from my house (a little over 2 miles) so its convenient.

Has a lot of the essentials, and is rarely crowded, making trips here convenient. Unfortunately, if you specialty foods or a bigger selection, I wouldnt go here. But otherwise, for a condensed Walmart, this is the best place to go.

Good prices on mens clothing, although the fitting room staff didnt seem to know what to do with the items that exceeded their 6-item limit. I left them in a vacant shopping cart and hoped theyd still be there when I got out.

Hard to find a sales associate on the floor when looking for a product. Unless you are in electronics. That is the only department I can ever find an associate in.

A very small Wal-Mart, definitely an older store, the grocery part of it was about 2 small aisles and they were a bit bare. Could use some tlc and cleaning.
