Not sure what the other reviewer knows about customer service, honestly. I would think that any liquor store would order rum if you were going to pay for it and the fact that it started being stocked was probably because it should have been there in the first place. However, my experience mas much worse. I am 30 years old, and though I do look younger, I had been in the store on previous occasions, and seen this older cashier before and know she saw me, but, as I said, she was older, and is probably drunk on the job and only works there for an employee discount. Well, when she asked me for my ID (I had not driven there), I gave it to her, but because my license had expired the previous month, she refused to sell me the alcohol, despite it still being a valid form of ID for age related purchases. When my girlfriend went in to purchase it, the lady also refused to sell it to her, because she saw that she got out of the same car that I had gotten into. So, even despite past instances where the cashier that worked there knew who I was and did not ID me at all, and a previous instance a couple weeks prior, where even though my ID wouldnt scan because my license was expired, another cashier just manually typed in my date of birth, this old bag refused to sell me or my girlfriend liquor. So we just had to drive to another ABC store. Even so, it just reminds me of some people out there who are just pathetic pieces of human garbage who really have no sense of right and wrong, could care less about being courteous or fair to others and are just rude to people because they are angry and hate their own life.

Awesome customer service. They did not carry my brand of rum but I was able to order it. They even started stocking it after a year of ordering it. Love this store.
