First I tried to order at a stall, but no one took my order or answered for several minutes after Id hit the call button so I moved to the drive thru. After pulling up, no one said anything for several minutes. A simple "be with you in a moment" or something to acknowledge that I was there would have been nice. Then when I tried to order, she cut me off and told me to pull up to the window. Then when I pulled up and tried to order, she seemed confused as to why I was ordering there and was not overly friendly. It wasnt even busy. To top it off, my food was cold. My tots were cold and mushy, and my asiago chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best. The bread was cold and a little stale. I will NEVER come back to this location.

Normally I would say this Sonic has the worst service of all Sonics. But today, I had to eat and stopped before heading back to work. Adrian was great and Im pretty sure he was the only one there with 3 cars at the drive- thru and 2 at the stalls. He took my order in about a minute from the stall, cooked the food and delivered to everyone in about 15 min. I have been there and ordered 1 drink and it took 30 minutes to give it to me at the drive-thru. I have ordered a bag of ice and drove off because it took so long. Im not saying this Sonic has turned itself around but they need to have the other employees learn from Adrian!

I have always been a fan of sonic, however, this store is pretty poorly run. The first time I went through, the service was slow and the server told me to pay although I already did pay and had to go back inside and check. His attitude was pretty poor and I was the only customer present. The second time through, I was told to hold and given no explanation. 10 minutes go by, I press the button, no answer. They were ignoring me. I went to the drive thru, and told to hold again because "we have 5 orders and need to catch up" although this sonic was hardly busy. Im no longer giving this store business.

Waited for about 20 minutes. Ordered 1 chili dog 2 chocolate shakes 1 vanilla shake and a small chocolate shake. Had to ask for straws and napkins Did not get a receipt. Dog was cool and chilli was burnt. Thats ok. But all shakes were frozen solid. 52 min ride home. It took me 30 minutes to find the right sonic location. Shakes are still frozen. Havent been to sonic in years and will never go back. Willie Drinkard was on the employees shirt. Probably a fake name. But that place is terrible. No wonder there was only one car in parking lot

I really wish I could give this place no stars because of how awful they are. I figured I would try it for a third time and I waited so long in the drive thru when there was hardly anyone there that I left. I said hello several times and was completely ignored. After 10 minutes I drove off and went to Wendys. I have never had good service here, it always takes forever to get my food, and the food is always cold and isnt even the correct order. Judging from all the other reviews I think the sonic chain should just shut this location down and cut their losses.

I ordered 2 Oreo milkshakes with my combos and got 2 vanilla milkshakes with whole chunks of orea put under the whipped cream, not even an attempt to blend the oreos in. Also, it took 10 minutes to get my order and I was the only one in the drive through. Got home and opened the wrapper and my sandwich was a slop of mess thrown together. The top of the croissant was broken into pieces and the cheese was halfway in the sandwich, halfway stuck to the wrapper. I recommend the 5 minute drive the the Sonic off of Mercury if you really want their food.

We were completely ignored at 10:15 on a Friday night. We asked an employee sitting outside if they were open since no one answered us in the drive thru. He said no. I find it extremely difficult to believe this location is CLOSED on a Friday night. Especially since the hours are listed as being open until midnight. Several cars attempted placing orders and were also ignored.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. On August 22, 2017 830 p.m. I drove there with a friend to get a simple milk shake and blast. After repeating my order 4 times and then them telling after waiting 20 minutes "Im going to go inside and make whatever ice cream and bring it out." The order was wrong. So waited another 10. Management needs to look into their team.

Food came out extremely fast. I assume it was premade and waiting under a heat lamp. Fries were old tasting. Cheeseburger wasnt too bad, nice flavor, just too many onions. Cherry limeade tasted great. Server didnt bring condiments and never came back to check on me. I even gave her a tip! Not next time, if I go back. Restrooms were actually clean.

Been here twice now. Both times it has taken over 20 mins to just take my order. And then it takes another 20 to 30 for them to give me my 4 drinks. Service was horrible, the lady taking my order was ghetto and rude. Cut me off half way thru my oder because i was "taking to long". Just all round bad experience. Never coming here again.

Went there twice, waited 20 mins each time. The first time I left after I waited and tried to order, but the guy taking my order was rude. The second time, there wasnt a line and still took 20 mins for me to order and then had to pre-order when I got to the window. Worst service!

This particular establishments quality has gone downhill. I dont write Google reviews often but the track record of this place is so bad I had to take the time to say something. Ingredients are often missing from what you order; theyre quite talented at that in fact.

I live right down the street and this place always has an awful long wait for being "fast food".. the people that become employed here always have bad attitudes. I typically only stop here when I have to and have a large order. I end up pulling away once a month

We sat here for 20 plus minutes for our food. extremely slow service, machines not working. I dont recommend coming here at all if you are in a rush to get something quickly. The guy was nice, and they were out of something so they offered to replace it.

The night shift has been getting worse and worse. Unprofessional, slow and the quality of even the desserts is getting bad. Ended up tossing our order in the trash last night. Will not be going back till management fixes this place.
