The only reason I rated CSC with one star is because the service was horrible!! The lady (she had blonde hair) who greeted my family and I was so rude. She acted like I was the reason she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I was very polite and nicely asked if I could have a kids scoop, she sighed and rolled her eyes... for what? She ended up telling her coworker to switch orders and take mine.. The lady who took over my order (a red head) was just as rude. The only time the second ladys changed was when I was paying because she wanted a tip. We came Friday, 11/11/2016.

I came in at 7:10 tonight and the white girl that work and took our order was rather rude and was trying to rush us. I paid with my card and she ask if I would like my recept I said YES THAN WHEN I SIGN THE STORE RECPET AND ASK FOR MY COPY SHE SAID "oh I thought you didnt want your recpet " so she took my copy out of the trash can that she ball up and gave it to me. This is so Rude and unprofessional like i will call/contact corporate this is unprofessional

This is by far the best ice cream shop I have ever visited. I suggest this being one of your tourist stops in Hampton Virginia. I would drive for miles to eat this ice cream and soak in the atmosphere at this establishment. Thank God (Nicki Minaj) for this establishment and all the employees here. I will never forget you Goldstone Creamery.

First time I have been to this one and had a very nice experience. Took my son there cause Dairy Queen was closed and he was disappointed,but he brightened up when he saw all the ice cream they had. Even surprised him cause he didnt realize how much ice cream was in the cup.

Always clean! The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They are very patient when letting you decide what you would like to get. They also make helpful suggestions to point you into the direction your taste buds are trying to go. I love it!

Slow service. Once your up to the counter things move smoothly. The people making the process difficult are the customers that refuse to put away there phones when the staff is asking for the next person and actually order their icecream.
