Walked in @ 13:30 hrs & greeted immediately by employee #XRXM115 who began looking up my order. I found the workstation layout extremely helpful! I could see the computer screen without having to flip back & fourth. Inventory displayed on walls & various places at the site. Walked out @ 13:47 hrs with exactly what I needed. Prices slightly higher than other suppliers. Overall excellent experience!

Typical of Grainger, they had what I was looking for available same day, great job! Only 4 stars though because of the awkward floor setup: I walked in, didnt know where the counter was. They just had miscellaneous desks set up sporadically over the floor. If this is some new way of doing things, Grainger, I say you should go back to the way it was before.
