I placed a special order on 25 Nov. 2009 and had to prepay the over $300 cost that made sense. It was to be shipped within 10 days if it was in stock. I failed to ask for a tracking number assuming they would follow-up as they HAD a good reputation with my contractor friends. I also was given the impression I would be contacted if it were not in stock. I went on travel and vacation and assumed the holidays affected delivery. Well it is now 2 Jan 2010 and I have not received nor heard from the company. I will now have to go to the store, try and find out what happened. I suggest that those reading this make sure you have not just the receipt, but a tracking number and some store commitment to follow through with the order.
