Totally dependable and committed to providing quality products on time -- and to standard. I have relied on this UPS Store primarily to print coursebooks that I distribute to students at the start of a seven-week training program. The books have always been professionally prepared (to a standard that would make you proud to hand them out)! The team has constantly made great suggestions to help me reduce cost and speed up the process of producing these books, and supporting materials. To ensure meeting my requirements, they have even opened up early -- to ensure I had what I needed before traveling to Dulles for an early flight. Highly recommend their services -- they are the "real deal."

Ive visited this store twice now and I have received excellent top of the notch customer service. The first time i lost my tracking number and i called and spoke to mr Ali , and this gentleman not only told me he would look for it himself on the system (as several weeks have passed) but called me back and also emailed it to me. that to me left such an awesome experience and best taste of what "Going above and beyond" customer service means. I went to my local UPS store in Clifton to make a copy but it turned out to be more complicated than I thought, Thankfully, the store has exceptional service and the staff went above and beyond to help until I was satisfied with the final result, and didnt charge extra for the time or effort to scan and edit. I appreciate that they really cared and were courteous and efficient. The copy was for my father in law and he was delighted, so thank you!

I needed a raised seal notarization immediately. Who would figure it was so hard to find? I went there but the notary with the raised seal wasnt there. They went out of their way to take my number and then they called me a few minutes later to tell me the notary had come in. What great people!

OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS. Do not go here this place was trying to charge me $1. per box for taping it for me LOL. I have never ever been charged for tape in my 25 years of shipping stuff anywhere. Plus the guy looked at me like a idiot when I asked if he was serious. Walked right out the store.
