I thought, because of the name, this store would be loaded with Christmas related items, decorations etc., however, I was very disappointed. The Christmas section was not even 1/4 of the store, and this is 2 weeks before the holiday. They had hardly and selectioin of christmas decorations, I mean they had stuff, but not a big variety, Their ornament section was one side of 1 half of an isle. I was looking for a tree skirt-theirs were hideous! I was looking for a tree topper, they had 4 to choose from. Needless to say, it was extremely disappointing. They do have cheap gifts and lots of boxes and bags and home goods. But change your name, it is false advertising. I wont go again, in fact Sears has a much larger variety of Christmas decor, Michaels also.

I was charged twice for one order.Paypal said I needed to call them to get one of the charges cancelled. I was on hold with the customer service number given to me by Paypal for the company for 1 hr and 23 min. When I tried the contact us form, even though I did choose a topic and resubmitted the form twice, I kept getting the error message "Please select a topic. I finally called another customer service number that was listed on their website and was told they would address the charge, and it would be reveresed in 3-5 days (even though it was still only a pending transaction). I am not at all happy.Charged twice, horrible customer service, both on the phone and through the website...not okay.

The Christmas Tree Shop can be a great place to find interesting trinkets and other items at prices that are lower than surrounding areas but can be sometimes difficult to navigate as the aisles tend to be cramped and crowded with merchandise as well as full of customers.
