ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The cashiers at this store are miserable, pathetic excuses for cashiers. Theyre rude, theyre smug and they dont care about their jobs in the slightest. Tonight, I went in to purchase bug spray, and I ask the one cashier (who doesnt have a name tag) where I can find it. He very rudely, says, "I dont know, go check aisle 16 or whatever...." I go check that aisle and the only thing that I can find is Raid... I go back to the counter, and ask again, where I can find bug spray (for people) and he very rudely answers, "I already told you, its in aisle 16!" I say, "no it actually isnt, all you have back there is Raid!" Then this smart ass, says, "go into aisle 4, see, its right there, right in front of you." Like seriously? CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE. And to the pathetic excuse for store management, thats running this store, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES, HIRE NICE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE THERE AND WORK. AND FIRE THIS SARCASTIC, RUDE, MORON!! Needless to say, I will not be visiting this store again, CVS is WAY better and actually has knowledgable, friendly staff who want to help you find what you need, WITHOUT SENDING YOU ALL OVER THE STORE TO FIND IT!

Very friendly service and with the newer pharmacists I was pleasantly surprised with how far they will go to help you. They are not the fastest pharmacy ever but they will do everything in their power to help you. It makes you feel like you are in one of those old school pharmacies where the pharmacists know you and care. They have never screwed up my prescriptions, or my friends or my roommates. Sometimes they have not had what weve needed in stock but all except for one time they got it for us within a day. Recently I went in and the pharmacist even asked me if I had an extra day or two left of my old prescription because if I could wait until tomorrow at 2 PM he would make sure that they would get the generic version of it in because it was 1/6 the cost. Amazing! I wish they were always this nice and straight forward. Im glad they worked out thier issues (I used to tell people never to go there but apparently they have changed a lot if their staff). I would recommend them for the near future because of how professional, quick and helpful they are.

I have had the worst customer service of my life at this pharmacy. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to have a prescription filled, and they have consistently messed up some part of my order. They have not only given me the wrong drug, but they have been rude and unhelpful every step of the way. If you want to have your prescriptions filled on time and with any form of a good attitude, I would suggest you steer clear of this pharmacy.

Thought it would be convenient being downtown but the lines were long, I was treated rudely told that I did not know the copay for my own insurance, upon telling them ok then I will pick it up from my other pharmacy because Ive had this script forever and know the price they then realized they were wrong, filled it and did not apologize. DO NOT go here if you want any sort of timely polite customer service!!!!

I gave it 1 star just because I wanted to see how they do the math ;0) Prior to this post there were seven reviews, most of them poor, with a combined "star" count of 19. Where I went to school, I learned that 19 (stars) divided by 7 (# of ratings) = approximately 2.7.... not 3.3 as posted. Whos tweaking the ratings.... Rite Aid or Google?

I really like this pharmacy. Ive had a pleasant experience for the most part.... there was one time where I was trying to get my medication and the situation became stressful and I ended being the bad customer. But the pharmacist was really patient and nice through it all.

this store is retarded. i am 57 years old and got carded for a bic lighter. they would not sell it to me because my id expired. i am 57 and walk with a cane there is no way the id is fake just expired unbelievable .

I honestly have no idea what other people are doing to get poor service but Ive always been treated with nothing but respect from the folks at rite aid and its my go to pharmacy for that reason.
