Horrible customer service. A cashier named Erica refused to return my item to get a discount even though I used to work at a joanns and knew very well it was possible. She said it would "take her too long" and "it will take me at least twenty minutes to type up six bar codes". Horribly rude and would recommend a speedy firing.

They rarely have anything I want any more. Their product selection has gone down hill. If you want some basic things you are better off going to Walmart, they have a better selection.
