I was really impressed with Nike and this store in general. Friendly staff, and good customer service. I used to buy all my shoes from Walmart but being a roofer I was hoping to get something a little more durable for my buck. I tried out the Nike shoes and immediately loved them. They lasted 3 months per pair!! (Thats a lot for a roofer, usually I pray for 2 to 3 weeks.) Anyway their policy is bring it back within 30 days no matter what.. WELL THATS A LIE! I asked at least 5 sales associates and all the same thing said. "Bring it back within 30 days NO MATTER WHAT". I said whats the catch, and they said "As long as you have a receipt, no catch. Bring them back and youre good to go." Granted, my job is dirty and these shoes are going to be dirty if I have to take them back for any reason. Well this time around I did. I bought them on the 27th of June and today is actually August 14th (but they fell apart in about 3 days.) I kept putting it off to go back in as long as I made the 30 day margin, I figured I was fine. Well today I went in (Just a hair over 2 weeks later) and they told me the shoes were damaged under normal wear and tear and they wouldnt help me. Even though theyre "normal wear and tear" in 2 weeks, they still wouldnt help me. I buy shoes once every 2 to 3 months (not counting the family) and at $50-$100 a pair with 0 complaints you think they would help. But NO! So Im swearing off the Nike brand. I even told the guy in the store that I would really appreciate a little bit of help this one time and still no. So Im done with Nike and especially done with this store. To Adidas I go. I know they take care of their customers.

Es gab nicht die neuesten Nike-Sachen, das war jedoch nicht das Hauptproblem. Der Verkäufer bzw einer der Verkäufer war total abwesend, wollte uns erst helfen und ist dann plötzlich verschwunden. Nach dem wir dann irgendwann einen anderen Verkäufer im Hilfe gebeten haben, sind wir dann aber doch noch fündig geworden.

I have never been asked by any of their staff if I need help finding anything. Not once, but for some reason I still shop here because its near my home, but this last time, having my daughter with me, waiting on someone to help us, not one but 3 of their staff walked by looked at us and kept walking, we left feeling very disappointed hoping maybe they would have better customer service this time around but I was wrong. My daughter and I didnt wanna waste anymore of our time and left. Not ever going back.

I usually wait till the last minute to do returns and of course that is what I did this month. I went over the 30 day policy by 3 days. So I called before I went in and told them that I am a regular customer and they said they would do the return still. Very helpful as I am a huge procrastinator. One other thing was that the returns I had were now on sale, so I went ahead and purchased them back for 70% off, when before I bough them for only 30%.

I want to start off by saying, I love this place because of the staff. I was just in and I was very pleased with my experience. I was helped out by an employee named Dat, he was beyond helpful, friendly and Knowledgeable! I didn’t feel the awkward pressure to ake purchase. He for sure went above and beyond. I will be back because of him.

Had Great Help at this Store, Friendly Staff, Girl Helped me at the front counter order my shoe that was a return defective shoe, Jason the Mgr, had made sure I recd good customer service by being helpful and sharing the knowledge with his staff to get me on my way. Thanks will be back to shop here.

I like Nike Products. At this particular store, the staff is average friendly. a lot of them dont seem like they like being there and several times I have to diligently seek out a staff personal to ask a a question. I havent had a problem exchanging an item without a receipt.

Nice staff, good selection at a decent price. They always seem to have a good sale going on and they always seem to have a clearance rack. They dont have the exteme high end stuff but they do have mid range and even upper mid range stuff.

Great idea for a store. Nike has great products and having a factory discount store that has their products is amazing. The only bad thing is that sometimes you find good stuff and sometimes its a walk in walk out experience.

Some people might be annoyed by the number of employees they have working, but I loved it. I felt like there was always someone there to answer my questions. They have great clearance items at the factory store too!

The staff seems to always be busy to help customers, and I mean some of them are actually busy trying to help customers while others are just hanging around with other staff members as if they are out having fun.

horrible experience!! Aasked if they had a specific shoe in stock. They said yes told me the price. drove an hour to get there. Then tell me it is actually a different price! PLEASE GET YOUR PRICES CORRECT!

I was surprised they had a small clothing selection. I expected more. Prices were okay, nothing amazing. The folks behind the counter were happy and helpful, thats ALWAYS a plus.

Good store they dont get high end nike shoes like the half cent pennys though but still good stuff. They do have common mid range nike stuff sometimes at discount.

They have a great selection of shoes, especially their clearance shoes. Usually they always have a great sale going on. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for $110.
