Ive bought four New Balance shoes in this store over the years, and I just came from there (today) ordering the exact shoe I want. The friendly sales people are always helpful and knowledgeable of footwear technology. I dont think they work for commission but are focused on helping you get the shoes to meet your needs and preferences, while not pressuring you to make a choice you wont be happy with. Arrowhead New Balance stands behind their products and does NOT deserve the poor review. (It seems theres always somebody with unrealistic expectations.)

Its unfortunate that the New Balance stores are so small. They just dont have as much as whats online, and any coupon you get in the mail cant be used online either. Couldnt find anything I liked in a price range I wanted to stay in. Employees are super helpful though.

Stay away from this place. Fast to take your money, but if you have a defective pair shoe they put the blame on you and refuse to do anything about it.

great staff, of course prices are high, they sell branded tennis shoes. only thing is they are not always stocked and stocking takes forever
