I agree with the statements on poor customer service. My mother and I went to the Fabric Center tonight and from the moment we walked in, the employees seemed annoyed that we were there. The employees were complaining to each other almost the entire time we were there about something. The environment felt very hostile for lack of a better word. As the employees were cutting the fabric for my mom, they made it very clear that they were bothered that we were still there so close to closing. My mom wanted to get a little extra fabric, but the employee was so short with us and acted so out of patience that my mom didnt dare ask for the extra fabric she wanted to get. I will NEVER go back to this store. The employees attitudes are toxic and they are grumpy and not service oriented at all. It was so refreshing to go into other stores after we left the Fabric Center because the employees at the other stores were actually kind and pleasant to us, unlike those at the Fabric Center. Dont shop here, not worth the frustration.

They do have a lot of fabric, especially for crafting, but dont expect good customer service. I have been twice and wont be returning after being treated very poorly both times. The first time I was looking for a certain type of fabric and when I asked one of the employees she acted extremely put out and annoyed that I was asking her anything. They didnt have the fabric I needed and I left. The second time, I arrived shortly after the store opened and when I walked in (the door was unlocked) was told that they werent open. I looked at my watch and said dont you open at 9:30? Again, the lady seemed extremely annoyed and said, "well you can just stay" but then sat and glared at me while I looked at fabric. I felt so uncomfortable that I left after just a few minutes, without buying anything. Maybe I just went on bad days, but I would rather go somewhere else after those experiences. Plus, the fabric is pretty pricey and you can get the same thing for a better price at Joanns, Hancocks or Hobby Lobby.

The Fabric selection is great, But pricey. Granted they carry some things you cant find elsewhere, but their prices are high! Not a fabric store for the everyday lower income family on a budget now days. Its more of a novelty, But does have a very nice selection! And I love that they offer hemstitching.

The selection was ok but no one ever asked if we needed anything or even said hi and there was 3 of us there. I mentioned a few times I couldnt find what I was looking for and no one even bothered to look up. Not a friendly place at all. We left after about 15 min.

I love this place great fabric & they are so helpful . I have found them to be very knowledgable , willing share that with you if you need help. I would rather go here because they will answers questions. It is worth if you pay more money for the quality fabric.

I really enjoy going to the fabric center. Each time I have gone I find exactly what I am looking for and more. I have always been treated very kindly and have been given help any time I have needed it. I love going back every time I am starting a new blanket!!!!

Wide variety of fabrics and extremely helpful service. They have pretty regular sales throughout the year. It is pricey, but for the variety and quality it isnt too bad. Four stars because even with the sales it can be expensive.

The fabric is high quality, and they have a great selection of products. However, its on the more expensive side and the customer service is VERY slow and they have always come across a bit irritable.
