Yesterday my in laws picked up a 3-month prescription for $268 with insurance. My wife found the same prescription at Costco for $66 without insurance. She took the in laws back today and asked for a refund on the unopened bottle, and they exercised the reserved right to not take the prescription back. So Im exercising my right now. The is a great place to get medicine for four and a half times the normal rate. Worth it? Well, it depends on your attitude towards really sticking it to your insurance. Im not saying dont shop here if you have the extra cash to burn, but BE SURE TO COUNT YOUR PILLS before you leave.
