This is where I got my first tattoo, and I will certainly return for a few more. They have a small number of very talented artists. Charity worked on me and did a fantastic job of some custom art that I wanted. She obviously loves her work. Sarah has not worked on me but her technical skill puts her arguably among the best in the nation. They have a few others who I havent met, as well. Check them out on Instagram to see whether you think they are right for what you want. The shop is super clean and maintains standards that are in line with licensure standards (Utah doesnt regulate tattoo studios, but most states do). They are very conscious of contamination and blood barrier controls. If it touches the subject (you), its sealed, single-use, and disposable. Its definitely as clean or cleaner than any medical office Ive ever been in. It was a pleasure to get my first tattoo here ("pleasure" does not mean it didnt hurt: its a tattoo, it hurts) and Im looking forward to my second.

Please dont listen to the one guy one here who brought his daughter to get tattooed rather than letting her being an adult and choosing an artist she liked and wanted to work with. This shop is great. Greg has been my artist for several tattoos and Ive also had the pleasure of doing business with him. These guys care about the quality of the tattoo youre getting and what you want. Dont hesitate to stop in and see if theres some one here you like and would want to work with. Ive had great experiences here over years of being a customer and will continue to go here because we talk about metal bands, books and video games. Your experience may broadly differ but I think you should check them out.

Oni is a stand out shop. They exceed standards on tattoos as well as cleanliness. They have multiple artists for multiple styles. I got my first tattoo here in 2013, by Greg, and it looks as beautiful today, as the day I got it. Definitely coming back for more tattoos in the future. Keep up the great work, Oni.

My daughter went here. Beware of this place. The guy was barbaric. Minimal artistic skills, sadistic attitude and bad after-care advice. Go anywhere else.
