The owners inflexible no-refund policy is unreasonable. Yes, I understand "the nature" of their business and products, but IF a product has indeed Never been used, has NEVER been opened and is still in the box or package (and a receipt is given), then refusing a refund based on the "idea" of a personal/intimate object is just an excuse to withhold money. He must feel a little triumphant about that angle, and hes smug about it. Something in a sealed box or stickered bottle is obvious when opened or tampered with. Things that come from a manufacturer are easily discerned by perfect packaging. I cannot seal something in plastic wrap or cellophane. IF it had been opened and IF it had been used, it would be tell-tale signs, and everybody -- and HE -- knows that. Its just a convenient excuse for him to keep your money if youve made an innocent mistake. In my case, I purchased two products as a gift from someone, but the friend told me later on the phone that he didnt want want. The items never even left the stores SACK. They were in all the original packaging and CLEARLY un-opened/un-used. To say I couldnt have a refund because of "what" the items were was just an excuse for not giving me back my money. When I said I had nobody to give those things to, or nothing to do with them and I would simply leave them with the owner even if he wouldnt reimburse me, he threatened me with embarrassment at my job by noting he had my phone number and would just bring them back to me. Yeah, the staff were all friendly and wonderful, but I dont consider this owner anything more than a very shrewd, unreasonable business man.

The clerks that work there are very friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same about the owner. I went there on July 22 to purchase a corset for a dance party that night. The staff helped me find a cute, well fitting one. It was about $50.00. That night, I put it on and after about an hour of wearing it the lace on one of the r...uffles came off and a plastic support came out of the bottom. I took the corset off to make sure nothing else happened to it. I took it back in the next day to see if I could replace the defective corset with a new one, and Trent went to get the owner to look at it. The owner, Keith, walked out and told me he wasnt going to replace the broken corset. He didnt even look at it. He said "I dont know how you have been treating it, so its not my concern. Im not replacing it" and he walked away. I called to make a complaint and when Keith answered the phone, I said that he had been quite rude to me and all he said was "Im the owner and I handled that PROFESSIONALLY." And hung up on me. First, I wasnt going to a rodeo with it and I had only been wearing it for an hour, which is long enough to get ready and go to the party. Considering I paid 50 dollars for a corset that was going to break after wearing it for such a short amount of time, it would have been nice to have at least been treated with a little more (no, a LOT more) respect than how Keith talked to me. I will NEVER shop at this store again, and to all of the people who read this, GO TO SPARK OR BLUE BOUTIQUE. Their selection is a lot better and they will treat you right. (the one star rating is for the friendly staff)

Sure they have nice things, but the customer service here is TERRIBLE! There is an absolutely adorable piece of lingerie that I spotted a month or so ago, TWICE now I left without it...for no other reason than shotty customer service! The staff here is extremely unfriendly and cold and never have I ever, wanted to buy something from somewhere and decided not to because the customer service is that bad!!! I hope I can spare someone the trip, if you prefer a good customer experience and dont want to have an unpleasant experience dont waste your time! Also keep your opinions to yourself at this place because if you say something that they dont like in a private conversation and they here it, ...such as ( "I really want this item but I kinda dont want to buy it because the staff here is rude) they will kick you out! Talk about unprofessional, unnecessary, "customer service"

Wonderful LOCALLY owned and operated adult store. They sell all the best brands of male underwear here. Unico, Clever, Andrew Christian, the list goes on. I got my husband addicted to high quality underwear all the way back in 2007 when we were still just talking online! I bought him his first pair of Unicos from here and shipped them all the way to the UK. True love. The toy selection here is huge. Any toys you can buy online, you can buy HERE in Utah, and support your local economy. Ive shopped at adult stores in London, San Francisco, Maui, and Santa Cruz (Dont judge me!) and Mischievous tops them all.

In a culturally impoverished city in a largely backwater state (Im referring to the politics, not the people), Mischievous is a welcome and unexpected surprise. Their staff is diverse and knowledgable; their selection is outstanding. The storefront belies the vibe of the shop itself, which is welcoming and relaxed. Because adult toys are never returnable, I love having a shop like this nearby where I can speak to knowledgable folks who remain poised and professional regardless the question. Ive never had a bad experience and Ill definitely be back.

I have been here several times in the last month or two looking at or buying new items. The staff was very friendly and happy to help me locate what I was looking for. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want and helped immensely when I needed a recommendation on a product. I will always go here before Blues or Doc Johns.

This is by far the best adult toy store in Salt Lake City! I did some comparison pricing on a certain Lelo massage toy, Mischievous had it for $140, Blue Boutique had it for $240 and Dr Johns had it for $300!!! Even Amazons price was $144. Extremely happy with the staff and selection of products here. Ill never shop at BB again!!!

Mischievous has an excellent selection of toys, lingerie, and more in all price ranges. Sex stores can often be intimidating, but the environment here is comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful for people of all genders and sexualities. This is a locally owned, inclusive business and it deserves your support!

While a little dark and hard to spot at first, this store is full of the most exciting and beautiful and fun treats a person could lust after. The employees are super knowledgeable + so nice + easy to talk to. Ask them anything! Go to here! Support them! Learn something new! Attend their classes! Have fun + be safe!

I loved this place. I went in looking for a certain item that I was not able to find elsewhere, and was greeted with great customer service and they helped me find the product I was looking for.
