We have shopped at many Castles locations in the past and NEVER received such awful treatment. Place is descent. However the older lady that works there is rude and judgemental. Ruined shopping experience. We went here looking for electrical toys as well as a New electrical neon wand kit. Never going there again. I believe the rude sales floor womans name was Heidi. She older as has a bandage on her wrist/hand. Calling their main manager as well as any corporate number to file a complaint. They need to hire a better staff member. If this is your first time going to a Castle store PLEASE GO TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS! They have friendly and helpful staff that not just know their product but also know how to treat their customers. Trust me it is well worth it.

Very uncomfortable experience. The whole time, im browsing around, the lady that was working kept staring me down. She made me feel very uncomfortable and i just wanted to leave after that. But i went ahead and got my items and the same lady checked me out with a horrible attitude, if you want to have a comfortable experience i dont recommend coming to this location.

I walked in for the first time and an old friend/coworker was working there [: it made me feel so much more comfortable talking to her about what to get. theres so many choices and selections. lots of kinky shizz. Ill definitely be going back soon for more things.
