First off, the employees rarely come up to you and ask you if youre finding everything okay; that being said, they are always around in case you do need to ask them something. I love shopping here; its always my first choice. The store is kept very clean, the produce is always very fresh and appealing, the deli area has great food (and good deals too!), and the pharmacy is also very nice (I got my flu shot there). Ive never had a problem with any employee, and its usually very quiet inside.

This is the place you go when you dont have the time to go somewhere better. All the produce is extremely overpriced. I never buy more than 5 things when I come here and only because its a 5 minute drive from my house. I boycott their avocados on principle. 3 stars because their staff is friendly and they always have short checkout lines.

The store is small because it was replacing a previous grocery store in the location. I have only gone here with a small shopping list. They have had what I have needed though. One compromise for the smaller size is they dont have any self-checkout lines. The cash registers werent too busy though so I was able to check out just fine.

This happen at 3:00 pm 9/26/16 I was standing in line to check out and the manage or supervisor open a next check out line. he came and try to pull the lady from the front of my line to check her out but he failed to see the handicap lady behind him and he push her over. very poor manager there.

As far as the grocery trip experience goes, this is definitely one of the better stores in Provo--wide, clean aisles and intuitive organization of products. I wish their produce section was bigger and more diverse, but other than that this is a high-quality, lower-traffic alternative to Smiths.

Loved it here!!!! Best position I ever had, actually, despite pay. Only thing that dissapointed me was the confusion of direction of how to handle certain situations. Over all, Darren is a Rock Star. I just wish he was more hands on with the front house procedures of the management crew.

I would NOT recommend this store. They are rude and dont care about their customers. They treat customers as thieves. There is a large lack of communication between employees and management. This is a store in a college town/county, but the prices and sales dont reflect that.

Whats there to say other than you must be living under a rock if you dont have any idea about this store. Its been there my whole life. It used to be a Albertson just the name changed. The prices went up with the name change. Thats to be expected though.

Make sure to watch how your food rings up at the deli counter. I have noticed that things do ring up the same as what they have written on the board and have to stop them and convince them of the actual problem before they charge the correct price.

The butchery is always well stocked with excellent prices (great deals are available most of the time). Same with the fresh produce. Ive also never had to wait for more than about 5 minutes at the register. Much better than most places around Provo

Unfortunately this located in an iffy area. The parking lot itself is a bit nervous to walk through. Weve found the prices consistently high. We drive a few blocks further and go to smiths for what we need. We generally only use the pharmacy here.

Meat department is sub par. I prefer Maceys. It is clean,but odd employees some days. I do love their fried chicken. A lot. I have made trips here just to get a fried chicken dark meat lunch and been incredibly happy I did.

Friendly neighborhood grocer, great staff and good selection of groceries at fair prices. One of the only places in Utah County to get Hatch Green Chile in late Summer/early Fall.

This place is good if you need some small things to buy, but overall, the selection wasnt very big. All i wanted was stuff to make a smoothie! but i couldnt find what i wanted.

Middle of the road grocery store with sale prices often being no better than Winco daily prices. Wells Fargo ATM inside. Often several people are loitering on the sidewalk.

There when you need it, and open late, Fresh Market has steep prices aside from its sales. Its produce section tends to be well maintained.
