Worst experience Ive ever had with a "business". Paid $250 to set up an appointment one night while drunk. The next day, within 12 hours of making the appointment I quickly text Xavier to cancel so he could make other arrangements for the time we had set up. He told me he had already spent all the money and said he would get me some back. A week or 2 later I simply asked him to tell me when he would get me the money by. He became very rude and told me I shouldnt be getting anything back. I then got ahold of the owner who seemed nice and helpful, telling me he would make it right. Xavier mustve later lied to the owner and management saying he had left money for me to pick up (I never received a call or text of this). The manager then got ahold me. By now it had been about a month. After we talked he seemed to agree that he would get me 50% back. I thought this was fair. Its now been 2 months and I havent seen a dime. They dont respond to my texts or phone calls and when they do its always another excuse. Horrible experience, Ive never been jerked around so much. Go to a shop who cares about their customers and isnt money hungry

Thanks to Jake and Jeremy for making our experience a good one! They are very friendly and personable. I got my Daith pierced which is proven to help some people with migraines. I was willing to try it since Ive suffered with chronic headaches since age 12. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to do it! He was fast, and did an awesome job! He was also very informative and said if I had any questions or problems give him a call directly. Very cool place, great people!

This place is a joke. My friend placed a deposit and had a gift card so she went in and they decided to get small elephant tattoos. The artist literally walked next door into the bar and was taking shots as he was tattooing. Like are you serious? This place has no talent when it comes to tattooing and no common sense when respecting people. Imma be sure to call the business bureau and report this though.
