Ive always enjoyed the quality of their parts, however their customer service has gone downhill, they rely too much on their program which I can tell you is not 100% accurate. My advice to them is listen to the customers that know their stuff, chances are they know more about their car than you do. By the way The Plymouth Duster (and the Dart sport) DID came optioned with a 360 in 1974, it replaced the 340. Talk to any Mopar muscle enthusiast and they will tell you. ***Update*** On 4/13/2015: I went back there recently, their service has improved greatly. Theyre now willing to answer your questions better without the surly response and are willing to work with you.

sadly my batteries alleged nation line warranty doesnt exist and my $65,000 Denali was towed and fountain while Im in the hospital getting a bone graft in Fort Collins VA my wife is traumatized by the whole event Im not happy with these people and are not to return phone calls youre quite rude on the phone

All I can say is that when Napa gets right what a big name Ford dealership and a auto zone get wrong.....i mean come on.....ford couldnt answer my question about one of their trucks.... auto zone gave me advice that would have broken my hub... Napa is love Napa is life

Tried these guys after seeing a sale price on oil I needed. Not only did I get what I needed (and more) but got phenomenal customer service with a knowledgeable staff. Great selection and prices. Much, much better than the "usual" auto parts store.

Doug is my man. Hes super helpful and will, most likey, answer the phone if you call. He knows whats up and will do what he can to find whatever you need. Theres also a handful of other awesome employees there who really know their stuff.
