Every Starbucks I have been to always delivers great service and great coffee. My favorite is the one in fort worth on hulen st!! But the Weatherford location has been awful. The decline started about 2 years ago and now you cant even get a simple smile and have a nice day. You will get what you ordered prepared correctly but it will take twice as long as it should. You will also receive a scowl or two and the only words spoken to you will be in direct correlation with your order. Once they have your money they treat you as if you no longer are good enough to breathe the air and will pass you your order with disdain. Everyone that was amazing at this location is gone so dont waste 30mins to hour of your life for the one cup of coffee and terrible service.

If I could put no stars I would. Took my sister to this starbucks today. 1st off, the rudeness was unbelievable. They would not do a specific blend that she orders All the time at other locations. So she orders a triple berry blend with extra berries. They almost forgot the extra berries that they charged her for. And complained infront of her that theyll never do that request again. Shes a rewards member and asked to redeem her points but the barista still charged her for the drink. Ill never take her to that location again and I encourage everyone else to go somewhere where your money and loyalty is appreciated.

I wish there was a 0 star. Rudest people ever and I have a huge problem because it was my mother who caught the worst service from not only the BRAT in the window but the AWEFUL woman behind her. Ill be happy to make a call to the main corporate office no worry there. I work in customer service so if you have such an aweful time and personality that you cant plaster a smile on your face and DO YOUR JOB then Id switch jobs. Its not hard. But dont worry this will be only the start of this. Like I said I work in customer service so I know who to call to get my point across.

Went through the drive-thru yesterday morning on my way to work. Asked for a tall white mocha. Didnt drink it right away since it was hot, but what a huge disappointment it was once I did. Tasted like hot water with flavoring. Dont know if they forgot to put the shots of coffee in it or just trying to make their coffee last longer, but it had to be the absolute worst I have ever had from a Starbucks. Unfortunately I live 45 minutes away or I would have turned around. All I know is that I will never go to that location again.

I have frequented this Starbucks for years. I find that the service is always great. I come enough that they know me by name. Harper, Garrett, and Raven in particular. They seem to be there when I am. They are VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICENT. I cant understand why people get on here to bash starbucks. Im sure they would not want to have a review board for their jobs. Anyway I have always been happy with these smiling faces Thank you HARPER GARRETT AND RAVEN FOR DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I have been to this Starbucks several times in the past few weeks. Each and every time Ive gone, I have had to wait in drive-thru no less than 30 mins to get my drink. I understand there is always a wait when ordering but the wait at this location is out of hand. I have never been to a Starbucks where Ive had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a drink. I would avoid this location AT ALL COSTS! Unless you want to slip in to the temple of doom and wait an eternity for a drink. Ridiculous.

Horrible starbucks, I checked my phone and it said 9:45pm, the starbucks closes at 10pm. They informed me that the registers were already closed and they could not permit me to go inside. Also called the next day and the assistant manager informed me that he was there and not aware that that was happening. Which makes no sense because how do you not know the registers are being closed?? 10/10 would not recommend

I ordered two Coffee Travelers for a bridal luncheon several days early and paid in advance. Watched them write down the time and day to be picked up. When we arrived to pick up they didnt have ANY Travelers! After several discussions, phone calls, etc they finally agreed to give us our money back. Apparently the paper with the info was thrown away.

Absolutely superior, old-school customer experience. The gentleman with the black hair who has worked at this location for 5 years clearly enjoys and takes pride in his job and customers. He addressed my previously unanswered questions in a manner that made me confident that I will always choose this location as my "go-to" store. .

Looking for a place to study on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet, clean and not to busy with customers eating in Starbucks. Alot of to-go orders, which was lovely for the limited people watching Weatherford has too offer ,not a lot of variation, but still entertaining. The workers were very helpful and nice. Will return

We stopped by for a cup of coffee and an expresso. Thought it will be just a few minutes, five maybe. It took 18 minutes. It happened to be one of those busiest time that we stopped by for coffee. But the coffee and the expresso are worth the wait though. So fresh and Delicious.

Not the best in town. The location is very cumbersome and hard to drive-thru. The wait Is much longer than typical for Starbucks. Make sure the order is correct before you leave. I have had several mistakes made at my expense.

It wouldnt be so bad,but more often than not I get drinks made with coffee that tastes like its been sitting out all day. Its honestly not worth the gas to drive in for this location,Id rather go to one of the Ft Worth stores.

This is the worst Starbucks in America! Ive never been to any other Starbucks except this one that has rude staff, always an extreme wait, and they always run out of stuff! Its an embarrassment to the Starbucks name.

The barista was super rude and got upset with the cashier taking orders (obviously he was new) and made a scene. Then she acted like it was an issue to remake my drink. Get rid of her!

Just your typical Starbucks. The service here was friendly and good, and our order was accurate and timely. This is the only Starbucks in Weatherford, and a good place for good coffee.

Wow. How does a coffee shop not have coffee? "Our grinder is broken so we cant make coffee". How about opening one of the bags of pre-ground coffee that you sell and try using that.

Stopped here many times going from Dallas to Abilene. It is always my last stop before driving west. Friendly staff. Clean store. They have a drive through too.
