Where to start with this review. My very first visit to this store was over a year and half ago. Which was a good visit, the staff has always been helpful, courteous and understanding. I do remember two individuals that have helped me Austin and most recent Justin. Both of whom have been with AT&T for many years. During my most recent visit, Justin went above and beyond to help me get into the right device. You see, I was an iPhone guy with the original iPhone and switch to Samsung after the iPhone 5. So I have missed several key iOS updates and device updates. The Note 3,4 & 5 have always treated me great until the most recent software update to Marshmellow. I knew right away that the iPhone was something I needed to heavily look at again. And Justin helped me weigh out the good and the bad. The store was clean, busy with customers at every table and enough employees to keep up. The only reason for the four (4) stars is because the demo equipment alarm kept going off. And as a former AT&T Store Manager, that is something that needed to be replaced. Clearly it was not correctly attached or it was faulty. I would recommend this AT&T for their customer service, knowledge of their products and their ability to offer accessories. Fix that alarm and you get 5 stars...

Holden did a wonderful job on Thursday 12/10 evening. It got very busy for a while, but everything was great. I saw no problems for anyone and heard nothing but courteous voices. The negative reviews almost kept me out, but I prefer to see for myself, and Im glad I did. I went back on Saturday 12/12 to return the wireless charger, got a different person, who looked at me like I had lost my mind when I told him I decided I had no use for it, nor any place to put it. He also tried to sell me on the screen cover, was going to offer me a discount, until he saw the cover I was buying, which was only $20. When I rejected the $45 cost of the cover, he wanted nothing more to do with me. He completed the return, had me sign the receipt, and promptly went on to somewho who can make him some commission, I guess. Now that was rude. A complete 360 degree turn from my experience on Thursday. Ill stick to weeknights, forget Saturday. For this brief Saturday experience, I give 1 star.

Every time I have been in this location my experience has gotten progressively worse. It is a busy location and it shows in the very poor level of customer service. Ann went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. I asked her to review my plan and see if there were any savings or options to reduce cost, she did not even spend 5 seconds before saying nope. She refused to help with showing me how to unlock from my phone from at&t, and refused to even try to see if the phone I brought in was locked or an at&t phone. I finally asked for the manager who was much more helpful and informative. The manager suggested trying a demo sim to see if phone would work, of course Ann refused to remove phone case and told me to do it. Manager was professional, but Ann had already ruined my experience. Dont use this location, dont even use at&t if you dont have to.

I am shocked at the lack of concern the repair people have for peoples property and the lack of concern of the office staff in getting something resolved. They came and worked on the internet or cable lines of my neighbor behind my house and they had to trim some tree branches OK fine he then drug them to the front of my house and left them in my yard not bundled or stacked just there. I told the repair man before he left that he could not leave that and he said someone would return that was Thursday it is now after 6 pm on Saturday I have called three times no luck they will have someone call me from the field not yet then today at 1 pm i called was told I was on a list to be picked up today still there. Base solely on this lack of customer concern I would never choose At&t for any thing.

When my contract was up the salesman I dealt with gave me a written quote for 140$ a month for 2 lines .i had told him Verizon had given me a quote of 160 and if my bill was going to be more than that I wanted to change service. After paying 190$ a month for 2 years. He assured me that would be the rate. Then when I get my 1st bill its 240$. 40 of that was for the transfer. When my wife went in to ask the salesman wasnt there but some complete douchebag was there , and told her the bill was correct when she showed him the paper he told her Im not gonna do this with you call customer service. Now I understand customer service would handle any changes, but the store is responsible for one of their salesman lying to the customers.

If I could give a negative star review I would! The first time I went there we had a really great experience and that almost 2 years ago but within that time frame they have obviously gotten worse. They never answer their phone, even though they will tell you to call before coming in. And then one person will tell you one thing and then if you go back in and get someone else youll be told that that person was lying and things couldnt be done that way. Also when I walked in the other day to ask a simple question the person at the door was rude and seemed like I was putting her out just by answering a yes or no question. Looks like well be finding another way to do business with AT&T from now on.

If I could give this store ten stars I would. Had a Verizon phone with a broken screen and an inexpensive phone from the department store I wanted to replace it with. The Verizon employees refused to help setup the new phone and refused to program a new sim card to fit the new phone even though we had a contract with them. Went to AT&T intending to sign a new contract and leave Verizon in the dust, and the AT&T employee showed us in 5 minutes how we could fit the old sim card in the new phone. Ended up buying some accessories from the store in gratitude and intend on bringing all of my business here in the future. A++ customer service, would never look anywhere else.

I am a new customer, just switched from Verizon, and I am regretting it already. I went in to trade in my phones for the promotion they were running, and they refused my phones. Online at the ATT Buyback site, they say they are worth $90 a piece, but the Store Manager, Ryan, said he wouldnt take them back because the edges have wear on them. The phones turn on, the LCD screen is intact, free of chips, and functions right. The device doesnt have any breaks or cracks in it. Yes there is wear along the edges, but no cracks or breaks. He refused to take it. I have contacted ATT corporate and they said there was no reason he shouldnt have taken it back.
