Drove from Bossier City Louisiana to see your selection and buy a couple boxs of Drew Estates and Flying Pigs, if you had any. Used Google Maps to find my way to the store. Google took us almost to Henderson for some stupid reason. So we pulled over put the address in the wifes Jeeps GPS and finally got there. The wife went straight to the humidor I went looking for the restroom, as I had to go "bad", after Google sent me all of Texas, to only to be told you have no public restroom! What? I say to the young man my story knowing you have a restroom, he again says NO PUBLIC restroom! Where I come from we call the public CUSTOMERS! So I open the humidor door and tell the wife to come on we are leaving. Went to a restaurant used the restroom "and ate dinner", became their customer. Drove back till Bossier City got on the Internet and ordered a box of Drew Estate Javas for the wife and a box of Flying Pig #9 another box of T52 Flying Pigs, for me the customer. A little over $500.00 of sticks from Atlantic Cigars. To bad you guys dont have a restroom for a customer. Okay. You responded so i changed to 3 stars. I still dont undersrand why you would not have a restroom.

Its was a bad experience. I bought a e-cig everything for it and it didnt work I was busy so I brought it back a week later and they told me I must of dropped it. It was a short lady with dark hair. Their was also another customer next to me that had the same problem she said it was leaking and she would have to take it back up there. They did nothing to help and Im going somewhere else next time. A regular customer of theirs was there with me so 3 people were dissipointed in the products just in that one visit. They sell junk and blame you for it breaking to turn more profit.

Two times Ive gone in and received expired (old) E-Juice. I spend more money to get the high end E-Juice which costs $23.xx bucks and I get one bottle every week ($23×52 weeks = nearly $1200) Today I went in and the bottle I got last week was really old, even had an old label! Instead of them admitting they sold me old expired juice, they pointed fingers and blamed me for leaving it in the heat (which wasnt the problem) Not going to waste my time arguing with them about it, and I also wont waste time spending money there. -unhappy customer-

Didnt know what to expect upon entering the store, as I was just driving by and due to curiosity, I decided to check it out. They had a wide selections of cigars that I havent seen anywhere else in the state. Now I definitely know where Ill me spending my birthday cash at!

I went into the store looking for a gift for my father. Everyone was very helpful. I found the perfect cigar cutter and lighter set and a even a few cigars for myself. I will be back for sure. The best cigar selection I’ve seen in east Texas.

This place is quite extraordinary. The staff is helpful to the best of their ability, the selection of cigars and pipe tobacco is quite nice, and the lounge is pretty well kept. I do not regret getting a membership one bit.

Im able to buy a months worth of tobacco that I go there to grind up myself for the same amount it would cost for a weeks worth of cigarettes! Great selection of cigars also.
