Went in to buy a vape pen battery. They sold me a battery that was completely dead. I know they have no exchanges, no returns everywhere but you cant just sell products that dont work what so ever. He knew they didnt work because they had one on display (the one I bought) and three behind the counter that didnt work. Which he mentioned because I wanted the black one not the blue. When I tried talking to the guy about the fact that it didnt work, he spent 20 min plugging in all of the batteries he had and getting the same result. He didnt understand that if the broken ones behaved the same as the one that he was selling me meant it was bad like the other ones. Didnt get to exchange or my money back. They just sold me a broken product.

Came in at midnight for some papers. The clerk (who I had never met before, the others are nice) had an attitude since I stepped in. He mentioned about needing ID to pay with card and I figured the pic needed to match so I showed him my Id through the glass and he gave me a dumb look and says I need to hand it to him. I tell him he doesnt need to have an attitude about it then he drops his face and kicks me out. Not sure if its the same guy everyone else is talking about. I met the black guy with the accent who I see there more often and he does good service. I was ready to talk mad **** but I respect the other employees and I like the products so I just left. Definitely going back to complain to the actual people in charge.

Im not really sure why the older African American man who works there still has a job. Several reviews are complaining about him and I had an awful experience last night. He was SO RUDE and tried to put me out when I asked for a manager. I called today to ask for a manager name and the response was "I cant give out that information". I will never spend another cent there.

Horrible establishment, cockroaches running around the store like they live there and the staff was completely unprofessional and took forever to check me out when all I needed was one simple item, the guy made me stand around for 20 mins while he "counted" the money in the drawer and then decided to kick me out for no reason because I asked how much longer I had to wait

They have a good about of items, but not the greatest prices. All three times ive home in, the cashiers were very rude and knew nothing about anything. And the older black guy who works there gave me the most unpleasant transaction that I have EVER had I will NEVER be returning to this store EVER again, and if you enjoy pleasant customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Terrible, dont go here, the dude is an a-hole. The service is bad, in addition you cant by any bong accessories that will be your exact preference because they wont hold any merchandise. Go somewhere else, i ended up having to buy 2 bong bowls becuase i couldnt even hold the piece until its purchased. Bonus, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Forget this place.

Terrible service. They wont let you look at anything up close. Most of the glass has chips or broken bits. The guy pulled out a log book and hand-copied every bit of it into the log book, took my credit card and copied every number off of it into the log book as well. Very sketchy
