The owner was rude and accused me of washing pants I was trying to return... Even though they still clearly had their tags on them. He claimed they were not their tags and I pulled an identical pair of pants off of the shelf and the tags were the same. His employee also remembered me and my purchase from the day before. I told him that he just lost $15,000 worth of business from my company and he was very rude. If I could give zero stars I would. He was kind to other customers of a less ethnic appearance. He had no clue that a business owner was in his store trying to purchase 30 plus uniforms for his company. He just lost out. I will never purchase a thing from there!!!!!!

This place is awsome ther price does beat amazon on many of ther items.as you browse thru the store you may wana do a slow sweep item by item as ther are things that you just might might not see from one sweep but second time around Im sure something will cach your eye oo if your looking for cool camo and digi camo shirts you should really check them out i havent seen shirts of that type sold any wher else and youl find an awsome New Atacs camo shirt. Will always buy my millitery gear with this store

Overpriced on most items. I was looking for surplus (not brand new) ammo cans for a project. In the pile of new cans I found several that were quite rusted and in no shape to sell as new. I asked to negotiate and the manager told me that they could not adjust the price. Not negotiating wouldnt be so bad if they werent asking $20 for a small ammo can. I found the same can online, available locally, at Alamo Ammo for half that price.

This place and every other one in San Antonio sucks. The staff knows nothing and are not helpful at all. they have mostly cheep foreign made bdus and acus of which have incorrect patterns or look faded like there multicam . If you do find real military stuff its in crap condition and they rip all the alice clips off sometimes damaging the ammo pouch or what ever els its attached to.

Beat Amazon Prime on all the items I picked up. Great service (was asked if I needed help by at least four people). The level of service and attention might frustrate people who know exactly where to find the item they need or are antisocial. Caught a really nice sale on the duffel I needed for some upcoming international travel.

Great place to find dickies and doc martens in addition to the army/outdoor supplies. Lots of deals to be found. The return policy seems kind of iffy, but as long as you try it on before you leave you should be good. Dressing rooms need some work. With that said, I still buy from these guys, its always fun to check it out.

Aside from a lack of product knowledge among the staff and a generally sleazy atmosphere of pandering to base interests, I once was subjected to the experience of a staff member trying to tell me I HAD to pay for an ordered item when they had ordered the wrong product.

Place Sucks. Never going back. Bought a crappy shirt , it didnt fit good the shirt was too big and just crappy. Tried taking it back but I didnt know you cant take anything back due to it being almost Halloween. Just crappy service and crappy clothes.

They do not know what customer service is at all! If something breaks or is defected! Tough ! We contacted Timberland company, where we purchased a defected item and wrote a letter to the company! This place is unworthy of any business!
