Great atmosphere and friendly staff! We both love club humidor on Huebner and the only reason it does not get a full five stars is the humidor itself. It is stocked with a lot of nice cigars but almost no cheaper smokes or alternatives. The mark of a great cigar store us the ability to have a great selection across all ranges and this one just isnt big enough or stocked deeply enough. Its like the fancy cigar reps stocked it with their nicer lines and excluded great daily smokes. The place itself has a conference room, two members only lounges, comfortable seating throughout and a great outside area including a nice deck. BYOB and they can provide glasses anytime for the asking. The staff always attempt to go above and beyond to help you and deserve high marks for their service and for their courtesy. Highly recommended for a great time anytime.

Avoid club humidor if you are not well dressed and above the age of 50. Recently moved into town, and have been looking for a decent cigar shop. Immediately upon entering I was given poor looks, less than poor service, and received no help or service. I honestly believe it was due to my younger age (sub 30), and work out clothes (just finished at the gym). But common couresty can go along way, and customers may not always seem as they look. At least they have a decent selection and appropriate pricing. Ill continue my search and online orders.

Club Humidor is very welcoming and a nice place to relax and smoke. The staff is very knowledgeable about cigars and more than willing to help. The members lounge in the back is comfortable and there are always plenty of members back there to carry on good conversation with. At first I was intimidated to join the humidor for I am only in college and many of members are older gentlemen, but I have found them to be very inviting and I always enjoy my time there. I frequent the humidor weekly now.

Great little treasure I discovered while visit family. I am from the Houston area and wanted to a cigar lounge and staff that knew their product!! This location is a home away from home, the staff was professional, courteous and overall cool as hell. The patrons that were there greeted us with warm stogies and great conversation. This is my new home away from home and I urge anyone to visit this location. You will love everything about it and may even learn something new!!!

Great selection for cigars and accessories at a reasonable price, not over priced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The lounge is clean, plenty of cozy chairs and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place who is new in town or want to just hangout. It looks like an upper class and have to be dress up but its not, dress comfortable and relax. I will be coming here next time I come into San Antonio.

Great selection, good salespeople with knowledge of their product. Occasionally youll feel ignored when theyre into their conversation but someone always confess around. You can sit outside and smoke quietly and watch the world go by. Only real obvious negative is that sometimes its a bit hard to get out of that parking lot.

Chase was absolutely awesome! My sisters and I went in with my dad from out of town and he took the time to show us around and help us find the perfect cigar fits! He let us use the patio to smoke them and enjoy some time together! Amazing experience ! Thanks Chase!

This place isnt that bad. They might be a bit snobby to a younger customer, however. There is definitely better treatment of older guests, which is all good. Im trying to spend $ in there too, though. It was somewhat crowded, but still decent lounge... 3 stars

Great place to sit and watch hurricane coverage! Good selection of top cigars and cigars from $5-$10. Plus great staff that helps you find what you need. Chase, Scott, Jill, Abre, Robert and all the rest rock!

I hate buying cigars in stores because they are overpriced. Club Humidor is nice because they have friendly staff, they have a great atmosphere, and their prices arent as terrible as Ive seen elsewhere.

The people are pretty easy going. The staff is very helpful. They are great with suggestions too. 15ppl in the room smoking and the air filters are doing a great job. Good spot to watch the game too.
