Avoid at all costs, horrible CS. Guy was pretentious and knew nothing about cigars. I asked for something "sweet" and he showed me the flavored sticks, told him I wanted something "naturally sweet" not flavored. Dude copped an attitude and told me he didnt understand "naturally sweet", that all he knew was flavored and natural and all naturals taste the same to him. This guys unwavering lack of knowledge is beyond laughable, he should stick to swisher sweets if he doesnt know how to appreciate a good stick, or at the very least know how to analyze the various flavor profiles for the sake of paying customers. Hit up Finks, better selection, prices, and their staff is comprised of knowledgeable friendly tobacconist, not pretentious douchebags.

Awful experience with this shop. What seemed to be the owner was very disrespectful to myself and friends. He asked us what we were looking to buy and we replied "dont know just yet, nothing expensive". The man then sarcastically said, "fine, have a GREAT day" and stormed off. Thinking he was joking we continued through the store. As we walked into the humidor, the same person was inside, saw us then asked, "so Ill ask again, what do you want to get?" At this point we realized that he was being serious with the attitude towards his customers. We immediately left and will NEVER return to this foul establishment. Customer service was absolutely disgusting

In all honesty worst experience. The other locations have great customer service and friendly attitudes. Note i have bought several cigars in the past from this location but this gentlemen ( bald guy) that works always has a rude persona and really just brushes you off. All I ask was how good a particular brand of cigar would be. He rants off saying its name brands, etc.... all I wanted to know if it has a good draw,full bodied, does it light easy, things of that nature. Instead I get no real valuable information from the cigar, like I do in the other locations. All in all I rather just go to the other locations.

Awful experience! Walked in the store and got an attitude from the little bearded guy within 5 seconds of being there. Went to the walk in humidor and tried to open the door. The same guy pushed the door closed out of my hand. He rudely said "what do you want"? I explained I do not know what they have so I would like to browse first. He escorted me into the walk-in humidor but had an attitude any time I asked about a cigar. I purchased four premium cigars totaling over $100. I asked about to go humidifiers. They had no clue what I was talking about. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your cigars.

Wow.... what terrible customer service!! Bald guy was rude and condescending. If anyone is needing anything, let me know, obviously we sell cigars here. I was paying for my cigar, when he announced this to a group of men that walked in. He proceeded to tell them to wait their turn for the humidor, as someone was already in there, in a manner one would tell a child! I certainly would have walked out with some choice words for this twit had it been directed at myself. Thank goodness Finks is expanding to more locations.... will not be back!

Ive been to 3 locations and the only one I with trying is the one downtown. At the other two locations the staff follows you around the humidor pretending to work but its obvious they are watching to make sure you are not stealing. In addition their cigars are way over priced. I spent 2 years after I moved here wasting my time and money in this place. Dont make the same mistake I did there are much better and more reasonably price cigar shops in San Antonio.

Great store and knowledgeable staff. I purchase for my husband and theyve always helped me pick a good cigar for him. By the way... I read the other reviews on here and I appreciate the fact that they card everyone ~ regardless of their age ~ its the law! Sorry if your license was expired ~ but thats not their fault if they wont sell to you....

Sales people follow you like a hawk, are pushy, and will not let you gently handle any cigar. I get it, some people dont know what theyre doing, but if I cant touch and sniff a cigar (without touching my nose to it) I am not going to purchase. You lost at least a $200 sale today, my recommendation, and all of my future business.

Rather poor selection of pipes, very little pipe tobacco. They carded me the second I walked in the door and watched me like a hawk the rest of the few minutes I was in there, luckily it didnt take me long to realize their prices were more than a little outrageous. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Cigars are ok but the staff is rude and knows little about customer service-I was told not to gently squeeze to see if cigars are soft it fractures or even mico fractures the cigar and ruins for the next person? WTH and their humidor is guaranteed-where was this posted -I wont go back!!!
