Buyer beware. Counterfeit goods. Dont believe me, buy something. Then, when it breaks, contact the supposed manufacturer to take advantage of the warranty only to be informed what you bought is fake. Dont believe me? It actually happened. Now this was after making a purchase one day only for that item to stop working the same day. When I took it in, had to go through all kinds of grief to get them to give me a store credit so I could purchase an even more expensive item. Well, that item stopped working after a month. I contacted the original manufacturer (Up in Smoke will proudly tell you your item is backed by the manufacturers warranty too), and found out it was a counterfeit. Its cool because the original manufacturer gave me 40% off for the authentic item I thought I had purchased at Up in Smoke. They wont see another dime from me. Will gladly just go to Smokers Paradise, which is closer to my house anyway.

My husband & I have been meaning to stop by & we finally did tonight. Im assuming the gentleman that helped us was the owner he was VERY informative & helpful, but not pushy. They have some VERY nice pieces. I bought a top & my husband bought a cp30 piece :) we will be back FOR SURE.

Best Smoke Shop In San Antonio area. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Prices are great and they have some really neat stuff. I got detox from there and it works!!! Have an extra in my shelf just in case...you know. =p CHECK IT OUT!
