I know this isnt a representation for Kroger in general but the management here is laughable. I applied to work here and was called to set up an interview. The person who I talked to on the phone said they were looking for weekend workers, which was great for me being a student teacher at a local high school. When I showed up to the interview, they had us write our availability. I took off two of my week shift availability times since they were "only looking to fill weekend shifts". When I handed them my availability they laughed at me and wouldnt even interview me. What a complete waste of my time!!! I have never experienced a more unorganized, chaotic management staff in my life. They tried to blame the call center and said they dont know what the stores are looking for. Im a very intelligent person and saw right past that. The stores give these people what theyre looking for. Just another example of people never wanting to take the fault for their mistakes. My family and I are no longer supporting this location. Wed rather drive the extra 5 minutes to a neighborhood Kroger than this mess. Oh and my mom and I went to get dinner at their boars head last night, omg it was terrible. The chicken was so dry we couldnt even swallow it, Mac and cheese made us sick and the fries were hard.

The deli staff is just ridiculous, just like the two Rufe Snow Krogers. This is no exaggeration, they get my order (for one item, mind you) wrong at least 90% of the time. I have no idea why, its nothing unique, but nearly every single time its wrong - either the weight or the product, or they simply lost it (within 20 minutes of ordering), or they forget to check the printer if I use the kiosk - astonishing. In addition, they really just dont care - most of them anyway. Then about half the time, there are a bunch of kids working the check out that either have attitude or are more interested in goofing off with the other staff members . I think my favorite is when I bag my own groceries to speed things along (happily) and they give me hateful looks and dont thank me for helping. What is it about Kroger??? I will mention though, Ive never had a problem with the Southlake Kroger. Three stars because the rest of the store (products, meat counter, prices, etc.) have all been good. If I only based it on the deli - one star or less.

Its too bad, and I hope this was a non typical experience, but Ill probably never go back. On the positive side, the sushi I purchased was good. On the negative side, I went to the hot food counter, a guy ignored me while I stood there for 5 minutes. He said he would get to me but just walked away. I then went to the deli. Same thing. Then on to the Bakery. They saw me but were doing something, I dont know what. At least acknowledge me when you see me. So I moved on to the meat counter. They had Ribeyes. I said can you cut me some of these? "Im sorry I just took apart our saw." This is at 430pm. So I bought the hunk of meat anyway. I was hungry, what can I say? Disgusted, I check out with my overpriced meat and sushi, a hunk of cheese and some apples. 150 bucks. I could have gone to Central Market for that, or better yet. Winco, both only a few miles away. Waaay to overpriced. I predict this will eventually be a Ross dress for less.

What an amazing clean store. The products are fresh. The checkout is fast. The associates are friendly. The employees always acknowledge me when Im there. They assist me when I need something, and they appreciate my business. I am a highly satisfied with my experience at this Kroger store. Five stars. They even have a neat survey on the receipt that you can take for 50 free gas points, and only takes 1-2 minutes tops. And you can do it every week! Wow! I always save tons of money at the fuel pumps, and their prices are usually lower than the Wal-Mart across the street or the Target down the road if you shop based on the sales. They have a Sushi / Vietnamese type service counter that sells Pho and Viet sandwiches. Theyre really good and priced cheaper than local restaurants. This is my new go-to Pho place for sure.

I have to say I am very disappointed with Kroger. From low front end help to check you out, to common cuts of meats not put out to go with their higher prices I am done. The last straw was the cake I ordered for my sons birthday, not even made at time we requested pickup. Bakery had the nerve to say they had another date, we showed their receipt with pickup time for that day and not even an apology. You try telling a five year old they have no birthday cake they picked out makes for a great day. They did give some cupcakes but no apology. Used their online complaint form and it has been a week now zero contact from them. I understand mistakes are made but nothing done to rectify situation is unacceptable.

We were so excited to have this Kroger finally open and give us good options for grocery shopping. This location is one of the newest and largest Kroger in Texas. At first it was well staffed with many folks working the deli but its dwindled down to probably one or two less people than what is needed at the deli. This store is huge and clean and the staff are very friendly especially the butchers. One thing that could use some improvement is the fresh loaf of bread from the bakery. Even Walmart across the street has fresh baked bread daily. Here we get Fresh baked bread from yesterday most times we go. Bread is cheap so lets at least have fresh bread baked daily.

Has a great variety of organic and non GMO products as well as your traditional items. It includes a Starbucks inside as well a bakery, wine and cheese area, deli and meat market. It also is a mini store on the opposite with bedding, shoes, clothes for all sizes, patio furniture and more. Very well lite and clean. Very friendly informed staff. This store also includes Click List pick up or delivery. For only $4.95 they do the shopping, bagging and loading into your car. All you have to drive there and order and pay online. For a little more you can have it delivered to your home.

This Kroger location is fantastic overall. They have a wonderful selection of items, as you would expect at a grocery store, but the produce is always fresh and they have a great selection of organic produce and other items. The craft beer section is growing, and the wine selection is large an reasonably priced. The only drawback to this location is the fact that they often do not have enough checkout lanes open throughout the day. It is especially difficult to check out if you go early in the morning on the weekends. Otherwise, this is a great place to shop.

The manager one duty, Anne..was very rude and accused me of copying coupons, saying that they wouldnt scan because I obviously made copies and tried to argue with me. Right after that, she tried the scanner gun instead, and they both scanned perfectly.. never got an apology. You would think that someone in a manager position in the customer service industry would have better customer service skills.
