In addition to traditional medicine, I consult credible sources to understand what complementary medicines (supplements) have to offer. I usually buy at Mikes. In contrast to the chains, where employees might know where products are and thats about it, Mike and his employees (especially Joe and Deb) are very familiar with how their products are used. They have very high quality products. If they dont have it, they can order it for you. No gimmicks, no fast sales pitches, just good supportive complementary products. (You should always double check and ask questions and consult other sources, and most importantly, make sure your physician knows what you are taking no matter when you get it!)

I have fallen in love with this store, its people, products and prices. I had been on a supplement for chronic kidney stones. I took it in to ask if they carried it. Not only did they carry it, they offered to order me the larger bottle to save me money. Theyve recommended a variety of very helpful supplements and have my pubescent son on an even keel by adding some made-for-teens supplements to his diet. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always give you a discount and are always there to help. Five stars!

Mike Sammons saved my life, as I see it. I had ulcerative colitis and doctors were continually giving me antibiotics which was made me more and more ill. When I could barely walk due to the pain in my gut I found Mikes in the phone book, called him, he asked if I could get to his store. He met me at my car w/a glass of water and colostrum. Within 4 hours I was walking with next to no pain. That was about 20 years ago. I have a very healthy gut thanks to my friend Mike, praise the LORD!
